The quality of materials used for construction is not as good as expected, and the walls are very thin. It's difficult to drill or make any modifications to the walls due to their thinness and possibly�fragile�nature.

Furthermore, maintenance services do not meet expectations considering the charges, and there are construction-related issues such as seepage problems.

All modern amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and gym are provided within the society. CCTV cameras are installed in all areas, and guards are present 24x7. One of the best aspects of the society is the distance between towers, ensuring residents' privacy is maintained. The lifts are well maintained, and there are fire safety features like fire exits and fire extinguishers. Cleaning is performed daily, and all festivals and functions are celebrated within the society. Families and bachelors are both allowed in the society, and pets are also permitted with certain rules and regulations that must be followed�by�pet�owners.
The railway station is located approximately 12 km away from the society. One significant drawback of the society is that the outer side of the building has sustained considerable damage and requires repair. However, the painting and renovation work has been discussed by the maintenance team for the last six years and is still pending. Another issue is the presence of numerous stray dogs in the society, which poses a concern for children playing in the area and should�be�addressed.
