The fact that garbage collection is timely and we have continuous water supply, along with 24/7 availability of drinking water, ensures that basic needs are met efficiently. I'm grateful that we don't face any electricity issues, and having power backup available adds an extra layer of security and convenience. The good construction quality of our buildings, coupled with amenities like balconies, security systems, and recreational facilities, truly enhances the appeal and livability of our community. he presence of open space parking, a well-designed drainage system, and regular pest control measures further contribute to the overall cleanliness and comfort of our society. Knowing that we have security guards and CCTV surveillance in place gives me peace of mind. But perhaps what I appreciate most is the friendly and cooperative attitude of our neighbors. It fosters a sense of belonging and community spirit

The road approach to the Society is of very good quality, with no issues of waterlogging during the rainy season. Internal roads are also well-maintained, and transportation facilities are easily accessible nearby due to its central location. There are malls and restaurants in close proximity to the society, offering convenient amenities. The society itself boasts top-notch facilities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and park, all of which are well-maintained by a dedicated maintenance team. Residents can easily resolve any issues by making a call to the maintenance team, which offers 24/7 availability of plumbers and electricians. Additionally, there is continuous electricity and water supply, along with security guards and CCTV cameras ensuring resident safety. The maintenance team has also implemented fire safety features within the society. The community is friendly, with residents actively participating in rituals and celebrations within�the�society.
One of the major problems with the society is the quality of construction, which is not great. There have been several issues such as leakages, seepages, and cracks in the outer walls. However, maintenance and renovation work has been carried out regularly to address these issues. Currently, there are no problems related to infrastructure�defects.

The maintenance team ensures these facilities are well-managed and in excellent condition. The society has plenty of open space, and there is 24-hour water and electricity supply, along with power backup to address any potential power cuts. Allocated parking for owners and visitors is available, and the lifts are well-maintained with timely servicing. Festivals are celebrated within the society, and there is adequate lighting with street lights and CCTV surveillance for security. Guards are stationed at each entrance. Overall, this society is considered one of the best places�to�live�in.
There are significant leakage problems in our society that the management is actively trying to address, including issues in the basement. The maintenance team is working to resolve these issues. Regarding cost responsibilities, any issues within individual flats must be handled and paid for by the owner. However, if the problem is outside the building or on the outer side, it falls under the maintenance team's responsibility. Additionally, there are concerns about garbage collection. It's important to separate dry and wet garbage properly, but this is not currently happening in our society. I believe there should be improvements in this area to ensure proper waste management practices�are�followed.

Notably, the clubhouse features three indoor courts, which is one of the largest and best-equipped in the area. There is uninterrupted water and electricity supply throughout the day. One of the most appealing aspects of the society, in my opinion, is its high-rise nature, providing a peaceful escape from traffic hassle while still being conveniently located near essential services. Nearby international schools and proximity to the largest mall in Kolkata within a minute's distance are additional highlights. The society boasts ample open spaces, spanning three acres, creating a spacious and inviting environment. Festivities and celebrations, ranging from Durga Puja to Diwali, New Year, and Holi, are joyously observed within the community, enhancing the overall appeal and vibrancy�of�the�society.
This building is almost 15 years old and is experiencing various issues such as leakages and seepages. While the maintenance teams address these issues upon complaint, the root cause may be attributed to the low-quality materials used by the builder to maximize profit. The compromise on quality has led to ongoing problems in the building. Additionally, there is significant traffic noise around the society, which remains disturbing even on higher floors like the 35th floor. The neighbors are somewhat disconnected or uninvolved in the society, contributing to the drawbacks as perceived�by�the�speaker.

The apartment's connectivity is excellent, with a nearby metro station and easily accessible auto cab facilities. There is also a large mall nearby, and the society is centrally located, making all facilities easily reachable. The society benefits from 24-hour water and electricity supply, with six security guards stationed at the entrance and CCTV coverage in all areas. Garbage is collected daily, and the society offers modern amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, gym, and garden. The community is cooperative, and pet shows are celebrated within the society. Dedicated ownership and visitor parking spaces are available, along with power bank�facilities.
The construction quality is not up to par due to the use of cheap materials, resulting in various infrastructure defects. Despite these challenges, we are coping and managing to live in the building. Fortunately, there is a dedicated maintenance team responsible for addressing these issues. If we report a problem, the maintenance team will take care of it. However, if the issue is caused by us, then we are responsible for covering the costs of repairs. Otherwise, maintenance will handle and resolve the issues�as�needed.

This society in Kolkata is the best society, everything there is absolutely perfect. My experience there was excellent. Nearby, there were schools, hospitals, restaurants, and malls, and connectivity was never an issue as public transportation was easily accessible. Additionally, the maintenance services of the society were excellent, everything was properly maintained. The construction quality was good, with no issues of seepage or water leakage. The flats were well-ventilated and spacious, and there were no problems with parking, ample parking space was available. All amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gardens, and parks�were�present.
According to my own experience, I didn't face any problems there. My experience was excellent, and there wasn't any point that felt negative to me. Overall, the society�was�the�best.
