Good things here
The property is located in prime area next to Gadiraju Palace Convention Center. All amenities available nearby. Watchman's family is in-living, ensuring 24/7 security and assistance. CCTV and restricted entry systems in place. Walkable distance to beach walkways. Building association is pretty active and maintenance is promptly looked after.
