Good things here
Basic Requirements - 1)water available adequately 2)maintenance super 3) Residents - owners & tenants are aware of their duties and responsibilities 4) this is a gated community. The Apartment's ASSOCIATION is taking care to meet the Residents' needs very well The Security is doing their duty perfectly - courteous and disciplined . 5) the builders took great care on customer satisfaction. If I describe each and every aspect the answer will be very lengthy. I am confining to - customer friendly approach of the Builder. 6) Friendly and helpful atmosphere prevails in the society, with social and religious activities galore. 7) Even aged persons feel secured living here.
Things need improvement
Some infrastructural facilities are lacking, like shops - for xerox, printing, good catering facilities nearby, ironing, washing and dry cleaning, provision shops etc for day to day needs. Mixie, washing machine or other gadget repairing facilities are not available nearby. However some minimum facilities are available from a few Residents. 2) Especially for elders Doctor/ laboratary facilty should improve. 3) Share Auto facility to other place like, RS Puram, Railway Station, Saibaba colony, Perur will help the Elders and Students to commute without strain. Autos and Taxis charge more here.

Some offices are found within 2 km. from the nearby areas of Sree Daksha Hreeva. At the same time, the construction quality of this residential property is also nice and good.

Some popular shopping malls are situated within 10 minutes of drive away from the neighbourhood of this residential property. A few grocery shops are also located near this residential property.

The environment of the neighbourhood where Sree Daksha Hreeva is developed is very calm and composed which is refreshing for every local people. This area is not so polluted at all.

Sree Daksha Hreeva is one of the most attractive housing complexes which is developed in a prime location of Coimbatore. Some well-known restaurants and cafes are located within 1 to 2 km. from this area.

A beautiful as well as well-equipped park is located beside Sree Daksha Hreeva. Local children used to go there and play with their companions. A few hotels are also established in this area.
