Good things here
The roads are in good condition, and schools and markets are nearby. The society is well-connected with easy access to buses, autos, and cabs. The buildings are well-built with no seepage issues and good ventilation. Every resident has a designated parking spot, and rules are followed. Amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly, the elevators work smoothly, and there's always a security guard on duty for safety. Garbage is collected regularly, and electricity and water supply are reliable, making daily life easy.
Things need improvement
Everything works well and is kept in good condition, making it a nice place to live. There are no problems or improvements needed in the society. The great management keeps the living standards high for everyone.

Good things here
All cultural events like Holi, Diwali, and Durga Puja are celebrated very well here. Public transport like autos, buses, and rickshaws is easily available. There are malls, markets, and grocery stores within 2 to 3 kilometers around the society. The club offers amenities like a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and indoor games. Ventilation is very good, and the construction quality is excellent. Garbage collection is timely, making the society neat and clean. The security guards are also very good, and CCTV camera maintenance is well-managed.
Things need improvement
There is a slight issue with network connectivity. During the rainy season, there is a slight issue with waterlogging. Within a radius of 1 to 2 kilometers, a metro is under construction.

Autos and cabs are easily available nearby. Malls, markets, and grocery stores are within walking distance. Cleaning is done very well. The lifts, CCTV cameras, and security are all very good. The construction quality is also good, and ventilation is adequate. There are amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and a cricket ground. Festivals like Holi, Diwali, and Durga Puja are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
The society lacks metro connectivity. During the rainy season, there is an issue with waterlogging. The absence of a nearby bus stop is somewhat problematic for me. Otherwise, everything else in the society is good.

Good things here
Our society celebrates all major festivals like Holi, Diwali, Durga Puja, and Saraswati Puja. It has modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, garden, badminton court, tennis court, and jogging track. Garbage collection is timely, and the society is very clean. The lift, CCTV, and security are well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly, and there is good ventilation in the apartments.
Things need improvement
Waterlogging can occur during heavy rains but is manageable. However, there is a significant issue with mobile network signals, as there is no reception inside the rooms. A nearby metro is currently under construction.

Srijan Midlands is a very beautiful building of east India, Kolkata.The building is very near to the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose international airport. Railway station is also very near.

Bus stand is situated within 200 km from the building. All necessary shops are also available within the walking distance of 5 minutes. The flats are well organised and fully furnished.

The rooms are very beautiful, the flats and the building as well. The building offers luxurious facilities at reasonable prices. The campus is very clean because the management maintains hygiene.
