This Flat is in a Gated Society , round the clock security, Just Behind Belghoria Police stattion. Location is strategicelly placed , on the BT road , well connected by BUS , Rail and Metro within 5 mins wlaking disctance.This is a fully furnished flat , ideal for small faimily relocating from outside Kolkata , Tenant can just walkin with his/her clothes. fully functional Bedroom with AC and other lectricals, Washroom with Geysers and Kitchen with Gas /stove and utesils. Hall with TV , sofa and dining table etc. We would like to lease/rent to person/small family working /employed with good organisations like banks etc. Society has fully ffunctional Gymn , Simming pool and garden for Kids.This Flat comes with a car parking area
Things need improvement
Nothing that i dislike Society is very vibrant , All festivals are celebrated here . Neighbours are jovial and most importantly the location and connectivity from this place is too good. I guess nothing to say on negatives yet
