Good things here
The connectivity of the society is excellent with a nearby metro station and readily available auto cabs. The build quality is excellent, and there have been no issues with leakage in the society so far. The rooms are spacious with proper ventilation. All modern amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, and gym are available and well-maintained. Navigation within the society is efficient. Allocated parking spaces for homeowners and visitors are available. The society benefits from 24/7 water and electricity supply. Safety features like fire exits and fire extinguishers are in place, with guards stationed at entrances and CCTV surveillance covering all areas. The lifts are well-maintained with timely servicing�carried�out.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges were quite high. The maintenance team had never conducted an earthquake readiness test to assess the society's preparedness. There were also stray dog around the society that posed risks to residents. The approach route to the society was in poor condition, and there were issues with accessing the society�via�this�route.

The people in the society are very nice, friendly, and cooperative, and they interact well with each other. However, apart from that, there isn't anything very good in the society because the property is not well-maintained.
Things need improvement
There are several problems in the society. The roads around the society are not well-constructed, leading to waterlogging issues during rainfall and traffic problems. Additionally, the construction quality of the society is poor, with significant seepage problems. Moreover, the maintenance of the society is not up to par, with one lift often out of service, and the available amenities are also not well-maintained.

Good things here
The residents are cooperative and friendly, and festivals are celebrated in the society. Water is available around the clock, and cleanliness is well-maintained. My flat has good ventilation and gets plenty of sunlight.

The society faces significant challenges. Connectivity is very poor, with no local transport available nearby. The roads outside the society are in poor condition. There are numerous issues with leakage, seepage, and cracks in the flats, highlighting poor construction quality. Despite having modern amenities, they are poorly maintained.

The proximity of public transportation, shops, schools, and other amenities makes managing my daily routines much easier. I'm thankful for the effort made to keep our surroundings clean and hygienic, which enhances our living environment. Facilities like lifts, CCTV, and security guards contribute to my peace of mind, ensuring safety measures are in place. Moreover, having amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids within our society is wonderful. It offers relaxation and recreation opportunities close to home.
Things need improvement
There are significant issues with the roads and infrastructure in our area. The road quality needs improvement urgently, as it's causing inconvenience and safety hazards for everyone who uses them. Additionally, we're facing dampness problems in our society, such as seepage, leakage, and plaster issues in buildings.

Additionally, the construction is also of good quality, with well-ventilated and spacious flats. There are no issues with seepage or water leakage. Moreover, auto-rickshaws and cabs are easily available, so the connectivity concerning public transport�is�also�good.

The road near the society is completely unpaved, causing significant issues such as waterlogging and heavy traffic congestion. Additionally, many amenities that the builder had promised are not available in the society, leading to several�things�missing.

Living here offers so much convenience and comfort in daily life. The proximity to malls, markets, and grocery stores, as well as the well-maintained amenities within our society, make everything easier. Having designated parking ensures I never struggle to find a spot, and CCTV cameras provide added security and peace of mind. The reliable lifts and well-ventilated flats enhance comfort and ease of living. I especially enjoy the range of amenities available, like the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and kids' play area, all kept in great condition for us to enjoy

Poor road quality and waterlogging issues, particularly during the rainy season, make commuting difficult and pose safety risks for everyone in the area. Additionally, coping with damp and seepage problems within our buildings is not only inconvenient but also impacts our health and well-being.
