Good things here
The hospital, school, and grocery store were located within 2 to 3 kilometers. Maintenance tasks such as garbage collection and cleaning were done very well. The maintenance of lifts and security guards was also adequate. The neighbors in the society were also decent.
Things need improvement
During the rainy season, there was a problem with waterlogging. The society was not close to malls and markets. Metro connectivity was also lacking in the area; the metro station was far away, and public transport was not readily available around the society. The construction quality was average; it was not particularly impressive. There was a small garden, but other modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse were not available in the society. The neighborhood around the society was not very good.

Good things here
The property is free from seepage issues, and the lifts operate smoothly without any problems. Security measures are effective, ensuring a safe environment for residents. The property is well-maintained overall. There are no issues related to pets or stray dogs in the society. Additionally, residents have access to various facilities and amenities such as a gym, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids.
Things need improvement
Parking is available, but designated spots are not assigned. The locality experiences challenges with water clogging during the rainy season, which needs to be addressed. Nearby chawl-type areas contribute to cleanliness issues that require attention.

Good things here
The society offers convenient maintenance services through handyman sends, ensuring quick resolution of issues within 2-3 days. The connectivity is excellent with easy access to markets right outside the society and availability of e-rickshaws for transportation. Security guards are present, providing a sense of safety and security to residents.
Things need improvement
Parking can be chaotic as there are no allotted parking spaces, leading to issues with vehicles being parked in empty spaces. Lack of amenities such as swimming pools and gyms may be disappointing for residents seeking recreational facilities. Seepage leakage problems need to be addressed to maintain the overall quality of living in the society.
