Good things here
The society excels in several key areas that enhance the overall living experience. Connectivity is excellent, making it convenient to travel and commute. Maintenance is top-notch, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-kept. The construction quality is high, providing a sturdy and comfortable living environment. Residents are friendly and welcoming, creating a positive and supportive community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Despite its strengths in connectivity, maintenance, construction quality, and community friendliness, the society faces some challenges with its amenities. The gym lacks quality equipment, which may not meet the expectations of fitness enthusiasts. Additionally, the cricket field is not properly maintained and needs attention to become functional. While the suggestion to construct a football area for soccer players is thoughtful, addressing these current issues with existing amenities would significantly enhance resident satisfaction and the overall quality of recreational facilities in the society.

Good things here
However, the playground was excellent, with all kinds of equipment available for play. The clubhouse was also decent. Sanket, one of the guards, was very helpful. Garbage collection was done on time. for commuting to the office, Ola, Uber, and autos were easily available. There were nearby malls, markets, and grocery shops. Festivals were celebrated, and the neighbors were very nice.
Things need improvement
There were issues with ventilation and the committee members were not helpful. Despite having a lot of security, many things were stolen from outside my house. The maintenance charges were 5000 rupees per month. We had to contribute for every function and celebration. Additionally, we had to pay extra fees when moving in and also when leaving the society, which I found unfair. the swimming pool had no water, and the gym couldn't accommodate many people at once.

Good things here
I lived in this society 2 years ago and found it to be a great place to stay. The connectivity was good with easy access to cabs, autos, and public transport. Maintenance was excellent, with everything well-maintained and clean. The construction quality was solid, with no issues of seepage, leakage, or cracks. All the amenities were available and awesome, making it a comfortable place to live. The neighbourhood was decent, with friendly people around. Security was good, with proper CCTV coverage and no issues with parking or guest parking
Things need improvement
I had a generally good experience, but there were a few minor drawbacks. The neighbourhood was just okayish, and not as friendly or vibrant as I had hoped. Even though the connectivity was good and there were no issues with maintenance, the neighbourhood could have been more engaging.

Good things here
The flats are very spacious. Security is good, and the lifts are well maintained. Cleanliness is well maintained, and water is available 24*7. Festivals are celebrated on a grand scale. All modern amenities are available and well maintained. There are no issues of leakage or seepage in the flat. Public transport is easily accessible from right in front of the society.
Things need improvement
The society has power backup only for common areas and lifts, not for individual flats. Residents in the society tend to keep to themselves and do not interact much with each other.

Good things here
The society is very posh with excellent connectivity and all amenities available except a swimming pool. Parking and security are great, and the overall living experience is excellent. Garbage collection and maintenance are well-managed, and the construction quality is excellent with spacious apartments and a great view as well.
Things need improvement
The only drawback was the high cost of living, which was justified by the facilities but still too expensive for me. I lived there for only 10 months, and that too during the COVID period.

Good things here
Everything else in the society is great. The connectivity is excellent, with no issues getting Ola, Uber, autos, and cabs. Maintenance is good as well, and all the amenities are available and in good condition. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming as well.
Things need improvement
While Connectivity, Maintenance, Amenities, and Neighbourhood are great here in society, there is a leakage issue in the building, which needs to be addressed as soon as possible as it creates problems.

Good things here
Transportation in the area is convenient with good main road links. Auto and bus stands are nearby, enhancing connectivity. Maintenance is well-managed with no water supply, logging, or drainage issues. Electricity is available for 23 hours. The construction quality is good, and all members cooperatively collaborate, planning society renovation every 10 years. Paintings are done on time. Residents are cooperative and friendly.
Things need improvement
It's a very small society with limited space and a small number of families. Consequently, there are no basic amenities, including a swimming pool and gym. Interaction among residents is minimal, leading to infrequent celebrations of cultural events together.

Society ki maintenance services bohot achi, team properly work krti hai, cleanliness ache se hoti hai, garden ache saaf or maintain rehte hai,Or society ke log cooperative hai.
Things need improvement
Society ki construction quality poor, walls me leakage ka issue rehta hai or society me amenities available but swimming pool nhi hai.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. There are no water logging issues faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good now and repaired in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. Paintings are also done on time. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Park and play ground area both are available in the society. Mixed culture of People stay in the society and they are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Open spaces are available and is comparatively wider than other societies. There are no stray animal issues faced inside the society.
Things need improvement
Sometimes water logging issues happen outside the society on the main road but government is working on that, the roads are being repaired.

There were no issues with maintenance or construction in the society. There was a gym, clubhouse, and park available. The locality was good with minimal traffic, and the market was nearby. Public transport was easily accessible just outside�the�society.
Things need improvement
The society wasn't very good for tenants because owners had more power and influence in the society, leading to partiality towards tenants. There was no swimming pool in the society, and the units or room sizes were not spacious.
