The well-maintained road conditions and street lights enhance safety and ease of travel. Additionally, cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities here, with garbage collection happening promptly every day. The construction quality of our buildings is commendable, as we rarely face issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. We can feel secure knowing that our community is equipped with a reliable security system, including CCTV cameras, security guards, and security apps for added peace of mind. Plus, the availability of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area for kids adds to the quality of life within the society. But perhaps what truly sets this community apart is the warmth and cooperation among its residents. We come together to celebrate cultural events and festivals, fostering a strong sense of belonging and camaraderie.

Living here is fantastic, and I'm quite content with my neighborhood. Although there isn't a metro station nearby, everything else about the society is just right, and I don't feel any major improvements are necessary.

Plenty of parking space was available. A large park provided ample recreational opportunities for children. Residents were known for their friendly and welcoming nature. The CCTVs and elevators were in good condition, ensuring security. Communication and internet services were consistently dependable.

The significant challenge was dam issues and seepage problems in the society despite this everything was very positive. The residents were cooperative and kind, contributing to a supportive community atmosphere. Additionally, cultural festivities such as Diwali, Holi, and Durga Puja were celebrated together, fostering a sense of unity and joy among the residents.

The construction quality of the building is very poor, with frequent cracks and sewer leakages. There is discrimination between owners and tenants, as tenants are not allowed to use club facilities like the gym and pool without inconvenience. Additionally, public transportation in the area is inadequate.
