Good things here
Living in my society offers a lot of conveniences and assurances. With market areas, schools, malls, and restaurants nearby, running errands and enjoying leisure activities is incredibly convenient. The fact that parking is allotted to all residents ensures that finding parking spaces is never a hassle, which is a huge relief. Additionally, the functional CCTV cameras, along with a good security system and available security guards, contribute to a strong sense of safety and security within the community. The high construction quality of the society's buildings is reassuring, as it means we don't have to worry about common issues like seepage, leakage, or waterlogging. The presence of a good drainage system further ensures that waterlogging issues are effectively mitigated, even during heavy rains.
Things need improvement
The distance from metro and bus services, as well as autos, can make commuting more inconvenient for residents who rely on public transportation. The need for more thorough cleaning is noted, as cleanliness is crucial for maintaining a healthy and pleasant living environment. It's concerning that issues are primarily resolved by residents and not taken up by the society. Clear lines of communication and responsibility should be established to ensure that all concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. Additionally, the absence of essential facilities and amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, or play area for kids is disappointing.

Metro station located just 1 kilometer away from the society, offering convenient transportation options for residents. Proper maintenance of hygiene standards, ensuring cleanliness and a healthy living environment. Timely garbage collection and pest control services, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Reliable electricity supply without facing any issues within the society. Regular renovations and upkeep of the society, ensuring a well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing environment. Good construction quality with no issues of seepage, leakage, or plaster problems in the buildings. Friendly and cooperative community atmosphere, with residents coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events.

Stray dogs issues are happening a lot. they bite people and it's not safe for kids. facilities and amenities like gym, swimming pool, park, club house, play area for kids were promised by the builder but are not available in the society. Cleaning is not upto the mark. Security guards are limited.

Additionally, I was impressed by the construction quality of the buildings. The flats were well-ventilated, and I didn't encounter any issues with seepage or water leakage, which was a relief. One of the best parts of living in the society was the friendly atmosphere. There were no conflicts or arguments among residents, and everyone got along well. Building those positive relationships with my neighbors made it feel like a true community.

This could have impacted mobility and safety in the area, highlighting the need for infrastructure improvements and better drainage systems. Furthermore, the absence of basic amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, garden, or park is disappointing, as these facilities are often valued by residents for recreation and relaxation.

Some residents create noise disturbances at midnight, although efforts by the society secretary are underway to address this. The plumbing work in our society is also not up to standard. Public transportation in the area is inadequate, which affects connectivity. Additionally, there are issues with poor mobile network connectivity, impacting network speed. The road connectivity with other areas is also subpar.

The main road around the society is severely damaged and requires urgent repair to address multiple issues. Public transport availability is inconsistent, impacting commuting convenience. Furthermore, persistent seepage problems affect flats on every floor, with an unclear origin despite repair efforts. The society lacks amenities, offering only gardens and a clubhouse.

Our community's proximity to public transportation options like bus stops, metro stations, and taxi stands makes it convenient for residents to travel without relying on private vehicles. This accessibility promotes sustainable transportation practices and reduces traffic congestion in our area.
Things need improvement
Having gardens and clubhouses in our community strikes the perfect balance between nature and social spaces for me. Although there aren't any additional amenities, I find the simplicity of these features very fulfilling. Overall, I don't think any improvements are necessary here; I'm completely satisfied with what we have.
