Good things here
Living here has been a great , especially because the main road is so close by. It makes commuting convenient. Additionally, the maintenance of the society is excellent. The common areas are always clean,
Things need improvement
During the rainy season , water logging is a big issue, making it difficult to get around and creating a mess. Additionally, there are no gym or swimming pool facilities available, which is disappointing. It would be much better if these problems were addressed to improve the overall living experience.

Good things here
The society features well-maintained elevators and robust security. Construction quality is excellent, with no seepage, leakage, or termite issues, and good ventilation in homes. Regular garbage collection, reliable electricity, and water supply are ensured. Residents enjoy designated parking, and amenities like a gym, garden, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and well-kept. Neighbors are friendly, fostering a supportive community. Connectivity is convenient with accessible public transport options and nearby markets.
Things need improvement
Everything here is well-maintained and readily available, meeting all my needs perfectly. I don't feel any improvements are necessary, as everything in the society satisfies me completely.

Good things here
I lived in this society 3 years ago and found it to be a great place to live. The maintenance was top-notch with everything well-maintained and clean. The construction quality was also great, with no issues of seepage, leakage, or cracks. Connectivity was very good, with easy access to cabs and the nearby airport, though the Howrah railway station was a bit far. All the amenities were available except for the swimming pool. Security was excellent with CCTV coverage and no issues with parking, guest parking, or stray dogs. Although I didn't know much about the gym and neighbourhood due to not going out much, my overall experience was positive.
Things need improvement
There were a few minor drawbacks. The Howrah railway station was quite far, which made train travel a bit inconvenient. Although the maintenance and construction were great, and the connectivity was generally good, the absence of a swimming pool was a disappointment. I didn't have much interaction with the gym or the neighbourhood, so I can't comment on those aspects. Despite these small issues, the society was overall a nice place to live.
