New town, Kolkata offers a modern lifestyle with it's well- planned infrastructure, clean and wide roads and numerous parks like ECO park

However , in New town, Kolkata the rapid urbanization has led to rising living costs, making it expensive for some.

Good things here
The cats are very easily accessible in the locality. Very safe locality with regular patroling of guards. Very good people are present in the locality. The localities is very well maintained without any garbage disposal issues. The charges of maintenance are also taken reasonable.
Things need improvement
Only the seepage issue is seen by me in the locality. Even this issue is faced not in every place. Only at 2 to 3 places I have seen the seepage.
