Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, with public transport options like autos and cabs available within walking distance outside the society. The society is well-maintained with proper hygiene standards. Garbage collection is done on time. The construction quality is good, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. There is a garden that is well-maintained in the society. Other facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are available. Parking space is also available in the society. read more
Things need improvement
There are some security concerns that need addressing. The cleanliness standards were good under Tata's management, but they have deteriorated since the management was handed over to the society. read more
