Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, with public transport options like autos and cabs available within walking distance outside the society. The society is well-maintained with proper hygiene standards. Garbage collection is done on time. The construction quality is good, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. There is a garden that is well-maintained in the society. Other facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are available. Parking space is also available in the society.
Things need improvement
There are some security concerns that need addressing. The cleanliness standards were good under Tata's management, but they have deteriorated since the management was handed over to the society.

I would recommend this project to those who are thinking to buy a home with all the facilities and good building quality. The prices of the apartments are reasonable and have large windows to allow sunlight and fresh air.

Parks, pools, gyms, grocery stores, and other facilities are all nearby enough. The roads, parks, and other community centres are all clean and well-maintained. Water and electricity are available in abundance so you may hardly face any problems.

Location is good with almost all types of public transport facilities available at a few minutes distance. Less pollution and lots of green space along with parks is what you can avail here.
