Good things here
It is very nice area and it is filled with green space around. Area is not too much crowded too. Streets are clean.
Metro station nearby
Enough parking space
Public transport accessible
Low power cuts
Clean & well maintained
Moderate maintenance charges
Strong walls and pillars
No seepage issues
Good quality plaster and fitting
Things need improvement
The poi which i donβt like about this area is that there are cut in power supply very often very frequently
No community space
Intrusive landlords
