However, there is a notable cleanliness concern on the B3 level that requires improvement, as there are significant amounts of debris or untidy areas present. Security measures are satisfactory, providing residents with peace of mind.

Currently, the lifts are not operational, which may inconvenience residents, particularly those living on higher floors. While there are areas that require improvement regarding cleanliness and lift functionality, the property still offers essential amenities and maintains a secure environment for its residents.

Good things here
I am a former resident and used to stay there 1 year ago. I had no issues with anything at all. The connectivity was very good, making it easy for me to travel. The security measures were effective, with CCTV and ample parking for residents and guests. There were no problems with stray dogs. The maintenance team did a great job keeping everything in top condition. The construction quality was excellent, and the neighbourhood was friendly and welcoming. All the amenities were available and in good condition, ensuring a comfortable living experience.
Things need improvement
I have no dislikes to mention as I had no issues with the society. Everything from connectivity, security, and maintenance to construction, amenities, and the neighbourhood was satisfactory. The CCTV and parking facilities, both for residents and guests, were reliable. There were no problems with stray dogs. Overall, my experience was very positive with nothing to complain about.

Good things here
Taxis and buses are easily accessible nearby, which makes commuting very convenient. The building is well-maintained with no leakage issues and has excellent ventilation. I enjoy the gym and swimming pool, which are great amenities to have. Additionally, the management is very helpful and responsive.

"While the people in this society are generally nice, they tend to keep to themselves. There's a lack of community feeling here, and it's hard to get to know your neighbors.

There are no issues with leakage or seepage, ensuring a comfortable living experience. All amenities, including a garden, children�s play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and park, are available and well-maintained. Security is great and there are no parking issues, making it a convenient and safe place to live.
Things need improvement
Living on rent limits interaction with neighbors, which reduces community engagement. The railway station being an hour away adds inconvenience to reach there.

Sufficient parking is available for residents. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flat. Public transport is easily accessible from the society.

The maintenance charges in the society are somewhat high. There is no designated inside parking for visitors, requiring them to park their cars outside. Additionally, the visitors' parking space is not well-maintained.

The maintenance of the society could be better, especially regarding the upkeep of these roads. This issue significantly affects the overall living experience in the society.

Festivals are celebrated together, and the residents are good and friendly. The flat has good ventilation, and sunlight comes in. Water is available 24/7, and there are no cleanliness issues. Autos are available near the society, and the connectivity is very good.

Near the society, there are often traffic jams during peak hours. There are construction-related issues in the society, such as seepage and cracks. Although all modern amenities are available in the society, they are not well-maintained.
