the empress apartment is one of the best residential project by arms real estate developers in nepania indore, i would like to say that all the amenities that essential for a peaceful and fulfilling lifestyle shch as swimming pool, club house,eqequate power supply,ample parking space,kids play area also if we talk about location hospital like bombay hospital,bank, and temple are located at a distance of 3 to 4 km read more

if we talk about dislike of this society i would like to say there is monopoly of network if you are lived there, there is no many option for internet there is only jio network available every alternate day network problem happen and they dont resolve it,they dont allow other network like airtel and bsnl read more

quality of materials used in constructing societies in nipaniya can very based on builders and developers festivals and cultural cultural holidays are likely celebrated with enthusiasm and community participation.. residence feeling about living in the society is differ based on personal experience ..but I love to reside there.. families with kids and pets may find the environment suitable depending on animities and space available .. society maintenance is very good with something well-kept but sometimes I face garbage disposal issues the quality of roads is very good.. traffic is not there but during monsoon due to rain roads condition frequently not likely according to my opinion.. overall it is very good location with peaceful environment.. read more
