Good things here
Location is good , nothing else is good. But near the same locality better flats ate available.The association is inefficient. They will kill your peace even if a small this happens.
Things need improvement
It is not a good society to live in. Even some of the owners doesnt like the association members. There is one old man in the association who doesnt even live there but comes to rule all others as if is the president.

Good things here
The locality of the property is good but the inside of property is managed very badly. Owners are rude and patriarchal, woman tenants face a lot of problems.
Things need improvement
Disappointing apartment association, not very safe for woman tenants, harassment from association members for female tenants.

Apartment is okay though interiors are poor. Also society is bad . Even people who are not staying there are part of association. You cant live in peace

Bad society. The president often kill your peace. Also rude to women and children if you are tenants. If it is for a very shortterm stay it is okay. Otherwise please dont choose

Good things here
The locality is good. But if you are a tenant they will torture you. I mean the association. They are very rude to tenants . Also quality of apartment is back. Bathroom leakage is very common.

The president of the apartment is very rude to tenants. They have a high bias towards owners who stay there and tenants who stay there.They even have a problem with visitors coming to the apartment we pay rent for.

Bad construction and rude society. Once a part of roof fell on my sisters head and she got badly injured. Very bad society as well
