Good things here
Nava Vadaj is a highly accessible region, offering straightforward travel options due to its close proximity to railway stations and metro connections. It boasts excellent amenities, including a wide range of schools, hospitals, and shopping areas within a short distance. The neighbourhood is tranquil and secure, thanks to the effective lighting and consistent police presence.
Things need improvement
The neighbourhood is somewhat older, which at times hinders its development. Traffic congestion can become a nuisance during peak hours, resulting increased pollution and noise levels. The rainy season brings about waterlogging issues. During the summer there may be challenges with the water supply. Finding parking can also be difficult especially for guests.

Staff are nice and quite responsive. People are quite happy and satisfied with the facilities available here. Management team is available all time. Parking areas are quite large and comfortable.
