Good Society. No issues in the apartment. All the family members are celebrating the events regularly.

Nearby roads of this housing complex are busy but at the same time, maintained in an appropriate way. A few spread breakers are created in the middle of those roads to prevent road accidents.

Ultima Skymax is one of the largest housing complexes situated in a nice location in Kakkanad, Kochi. Ultima Skymax is surrounded by lush greenery and the construction quality of this complex is also nice.

The rental charges for staying in an apartment in this residential property are budget friendly. There is a good arrangement of different kinds of indoor games and a mini cafeteria is also included there.
