Additionally, residents can enjoy facilities such as a well-equipped gym, a spacious community hall, and extensive outdoor play areas suitable for all ages. every Thursday, vegetable vendors set up stalls within the society premises, enhancing convenience for residents. Transportation connectivity is good, with readily available cab bookings facilitating easy travel. There are nearby schools, supermarkets, and hospitals within a 2km radius. The society's maintenance is excellent, characterized by prompt responses to resident complaints. The residents benefit from uninterrupted water and electricity supply, due to reliable power backup systems in place.
In this society, the fire safety systems need further improvement, particularly following a recent minor issue. Additionally, there are currently no public transportation options available near the area.

Four years ago, I moved out of this community. During my time there, the society's maintenance was excellent because residents rarely complained about major problems, and minor issues were addressed promptly. The maintenance charges were also reasonable. The people in the society were very cooperative, and we celebrated various events, festivals, and programs together as a family. The amenities, including the clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, and play area, were well-maintained. Additionally, the construction quality of the society was excellent, with spacious flats and good ventilation.
The connectivity of the society is not great because when I resided here four years ago, the surroundings were underdeveloped. Additionally, essential amenities such as grocery stores, vegetable markets, and medical shops were not conveniently located near the community.

Inside and outside cleaning is excellent, with 24/7 water and power availability. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Within a 5-minute walk, residents access public transport, supermarkets, malls, and hospitals. Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, and children's play area. Society members celebrate Hindu festivals like Ganesh Pooja, Holi, and Diwali.
Residents encounter traffic issues during office hours, which can cause delays and inconvenience, necessitating measures to improve traffic flow for smoother commuting experiences within the society.

The children's play area is spacious and well-maintained, offering ample space for recreation. Within a 6 km radius, residents have access to shops, markets, schools, hospitals, and amenities like a swimming pool and walking track for children.
There are leakages issues on the taps, indicating a need for repairs or maintenance to prevent water wastage and ensure the proper functioning of the plumbing system.

Moreover, there is minimal pollution in the vicinity of the society, contributing to a clean and healthy environment. The metro station is also nearby, within a distance of 1 1/2 kilometers from the society, making commuting more convenient for residents.
The construction quality in the society is lacking, evident from seepage issues in the bathrooms, which can be quite inconvenient for residents. Additionally, the parking area is congested, posing challenges for residents to find adequate parking space. Public transportation options are also limited, with significant distance to access them from the society. Hospitals are situated approximately 2 kilometers away, making it inconvenient for residents to reach them in case of emergencies. Moreover, maintenance charges in the society are expensive, adding to the financial burden of residents.

Water facility is indeed very good, available 24/7 in the society compared to other apartments. Power backup is available in the apartments for every flat. Garbage collection is very efficient, with doorstep collection in the society. Connectivity options like cabs are available if we book through Ola and Uber in the society. Additionally, there is also a parking area available within the main gate outside the society. People in the society are very friendly and respectable. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. The parking area is very spacious, accommodating both two-wheelers and four-wheelers in the society. Moreover, there is also a designated visitor parking area, which is also very spacious and well-maintained.
Public transportation like buses is indeed available within 1 kilometer from the society, but it's very inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive. The metro is far from the society, approximately 2 kilometers away. The construction quality is poor, with leaks in the walls of bedrooms and blocks in bathrooms. These issues need to be addressed to improve the overall living conditions and facilities within the society.

A wonderful residential building! With no cracks on the walls, good ventilation, and ample air circulation, it must be a comfortable place to live. Plus, celebrating various festivals together fosters a sense of community and joy among the residents. Maintaining cleanliness and having regular garbage collection contribute to a pleasant living environment, and having 24/7 water and power supply is a huge convenience. The well-maintained lift and connectivity to essential services within 500 meters make it even more convenient for the residents. The amenities like the gym, swimming pool, yoga facilities, and indoor games provide opportunities for residents to stay active and healthy. And having a community hall, walking track, and kids' play area promotes social interaction and recreation for people of all ages. with a combination of comfort, convenience, and community spirit.
While the residential building offers outstanding amenities and services, some residents may find the maintenance charges to be relatively high compared to other similar societies.

Maintenance of lifts is very good. Additionally, hospitals are located within 100 meters from the society. Festivals are celebrated in the society, fostering cultural activities and bringing families together.
Connectivity options like cabs and autos are not easily available in the society. Cabs are not available even if we book through Ola, and autos are also not available on the main road of the society. Additionally, there is no designated visitors parking area in the society. The construction quality is average, with external cracks in the buildings. These factors may impact the convenience and living experience within the society and should be addressed for improvement.

Additionally, the presence of recreational facilities like swimming pools, gyms, shuttle courts, community halls, and children's play areas enhances the quality of life within the community. With good construction quality, proper ventilation, ample sunlight, and well-maintained green spaces, it seems like a comfortable and pleasant place to live.
