Located close to IT parks like Capital Business park. Vipul greens is located 100mts from the Sohna Gurgram Express way. The society has good security measures with boom bareers installed at the entry. At any time there are 3-4 guards ensuring that no outsider enters the society without checks. The green area is well maintained. 60% of the space is open. All blocks have green areas. People can be seen in the garden area in the evening. I stay with my family and I feel no issue. There are also hospitals and schools nearby. Companies are moving to this area increasing rentals
The society has started showing sign of aging. The paint is now faint. Maintenance is good but regular upkeep is putting high presuure on the residents as maintenance charges have increased 2 times in last 5 years. The RWA works well but getting things done takes time. The connecting road always require maintenance. Traffic congestion becomes issue during peak hours

The society is located on Sohna Road, well connected with public transport. The environment is green, safe, serene, and quiet. The ground floor houses has space for front and back gardens The club is well maintained, and there are shops within the society. The society features an advanced gym facility and a well-maintained swimming pool. There is ample parking space available for residents and visitors. The maintenance department of the society is good . cleanliness is also maintained
Bachelors have to pay an extra 5k per person quarterly to use the community center services. The metro station is far away, requiring two bus rides to reach. Limited green areas within the society. Frequent traffic jams, especially during office hours and the rainy season.

The community exhibits a cooperative and helpful atmosphere among its residents. The construction quality is satisfactory, with no reported issues of leakage or seepage in the society.
The society lacks nearby metro access and faces difficulties in finding auto rickshaws or cabs, necessitating reliance on private transport. The clubhouse, although present, is relatively small compared to the community's size. Overall, the amenities are below standard. There is only one tennis court, and the children's play area is inadequate and requires improvement.

The society has a continuous supply of water and electricity available 24/7. There is a large park, which is occasionally maintained. Ample parking space is available for residents and visitors. There is a small clinic within the society. The society has good security measures. The society is near a highway, providing easy access to transport. CCTV Cameras and lifts are present. Painting is frequenty conducted. Clubhouses, gyms and park are available inside the premises of the society.
There is a lot of traffic issues which is faced by the resident. Autos are always trapped in the traffic. No metro station is available. High maintenance charges. Limited green area within the society.

I spent my covid time here. The apartment is nice, no doubt. IT hubs, social amenities, restaurants, clubs everything is within driving distance. The roads are well connected with the express ways and connecting roads. The common areas are neat and clean. The water supply and powerback is functional. Gym is also there. I used to live with my friends.
The high rent and maintenance charges is a big thumbs down for me. The owner was humble enough to allow us not pay rent during covid lockdown (3 months) but increased the rent in 2022. Also, metro connectivity is something I think is a drawback. Vipul green is a well known landmark, I think people pay for the location here.

There are many amenities inside the society like Clubhouse, Gym, Swimming pool, well equipped gym, open spaces and well maintained lifts. It is well located near expressway and IT hubs, schools, hospitals. The apartment are spacious with roughly 200 gaj of apartment. I like the open view from my balcony and 3 side open apartment.
The society is old, drainage system of the society is a issue. Pollution in winters is also a health hazard. Maintenance cost is high ~10000 per month. There is also traffic jam during peak hours. The garden should be renovated. There should not have patches doesn't look good.

The security services offered by the society is outstanding and maintennance department solve every issue within a certain time period. The amenities were not many but working. There are shops inside the society. Connecitivity was the biggest advantage.
The apartment has seepage issues in bathroom and kitchen. Some residents were not keeping hygyiene in common areas with Swiggy Zomato delivery packages lying in the stair areas.

The society has lot of green spaces. Located well on Sohna expressway. Major IT hubs, restaurants, hospitals are located nearby. There is a space for gym but I prefer to go to Xtreme fitness which is hust 2 min away. We play cricket in the nearby ground on weekends. Couple of my friends are staying here. The parking area is spacious.
Everything was up to the mark there but society could provide more amenities to the residents

Rightly priced and connected with the major roads where there is no traffic jam.The Malls, PVR, Clubs, Restaurants and other amenities are nearby.

You will be enticed to stay here by the ample parking space, good connectivity, and well-built houses. The maintenance is also done on a regular basis, so you can enjoy the green parks as well as all of the other amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, golf course, shops, and even ATMs.
