Buildings are robust, free from seepage, leaks, or cracks, providing excellent ventilation and natural light. The neighborhood promotes a friendly environment with good social interactions and minimal noise disruption.
The society lacks essential amenities such as a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, or clubs, which is disappointing. Additionally, there is an issue with ants in the buildings, which contributes to discomfort.

Maintenance is well-managed, with frequent cleaning and waste collection, and the lift are cleaned effectively. The buildings have adequate ventilation, sunlight, and a steady water supply. The neighborhood is nice and inviting, making it an enjoyable place to live.
Several vital amenities are lacking in the community, including a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, park, security, and vegetation.

Its a good society , it's really pleasant to live here. People here are very good , they are helpful and cooperative. Here, we get autos, cabs and rickshaws very easily. Parking spaces are also there in the soc. I don't face any issues regarding water supply and electric supply, water comes here 24/7. Building is well constructed with no issues of cracks and proper ventilation. Lift facilities are also there in the society. There are small public parks for recreational purposes, It's basically a good society with good facilities and maintenance.
The only thing that lacks in this soc acc to me are the amenities , there are no gyms, swimming pools and club , i expect that these should be constructed here. I don't face any issues of seepage but some people in my neighbourhood are facing that. Apart from these, It's a good society.

Iving in this society has been a fantastic experience. The construction quality is excellent, providing a strong sense of safety and comfort. The availability of 24/7 electricity and water supply is incredibly convenient, ensuring that our daily routines are never disrupted. Having a school and hospital within the society is a huge advantage, making it a perfect place for families. The availability of autos and cabs makes commuting easy, and with the main road only 1. 6 km away
While the society has many positive aspects, there are a few significant drawbacks. The restriction on pets is quite disappointing for animal lovers. Additionally, the lack of amenities such as a gym, pool, and clubhouse is a major downside.

The greatest asset of this society are its people , they are very friendly and inclusive, we also celebrate festivals together. There is a very peaceful and a good environment here. Construction quality of the buildings is good with proper lifts, ventilation and no issues relating to cracks, seepage, water supply and electricity supply. Autos and cabs are easily accessible here. Small clubhouses are available here. There are no issues regarding security too.
Parking is mainly a problem here , even though parking space is available , it is very small and cannot acomodate all the vehicles, it seems too much congested sometimes. In rainy season , there is a issue of water logging here, dirty waters gets collected on the road. It's a 12 year old society , there are no gyms and swimming pools available.

The society has no seepage or termite issues and proper ventilation. Connectivity is good with easily available public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are well-maintained, and there is a market nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are followed. The neighbors are very nice, friendly, and always ready to help. The elevators are installed and maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards for added safety. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation keeps the society clean.
There are no amenities in the society, just a poorly managed garden. The construction quality is average, and the overall maintenance could be improved.

The community vibe is great here, with residents pitching in and celebrating festivals together. Any issues that pop up get sorted out pretty swiftly. The lifts are well taken care of, and cleanliness is top-notch. Plus, it's super convenient to hop onto public transport from the society. And good news � no worries about leaks or seepage in the flats.
It's a bit disappointing that the society lacks modern amenities, especially considering the high maintenance charges. On top of that, having to pay a separate bill for water while renting adds to the expenses. Additionally, the absence of inside parking for visitors is inconvenient.

It's a downside that there's no designated inside parking for visitors, meaning they have to park outside. Additionally, the absence of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or play area in the society is a bit disappointing.

The flat has good ventilation and receives plenty of sunlight, with no cracks. The lifts are well-maintained. The society has a play area and garden. The residents are cooperative, and everyone celebrates festivals together. Autos and buses are easily available near the society.
There is some traffic congestion around the society. During the rainy season, there is significant leakage in the flats. Water is not available 24/7; it is supplied at specific times, requiring residents to store water. The society does not have a gym or swimming pool.
