Good things here
The flat had good ventilation and received ample sunlight. Water was available 24/7. Cleanliness and hygiene were maintained in the society. Public transport was easily accessible from the society. Festivals were celebrated well.

The society did not have any modern amenities. There were issues with leakage and seepage due to poor construction quality. The residents were not very cooperative.
