I'm pleased to share that garbage collection is running smoothly, and we've recently seen some refreshing changes in our security guard personnel. The roads in our area are in excellent condition, which greatly facilitates commuting. With eight lifts and effective maintenance through our contacts with Omega, our lift services are well-managed. Housekeeping services have been instrumental in maintaining cleanliness in our surroundings. Overall, we're making progress in various aspects of community living, though there's always room for improvement. However, the rooftop space is fantastic, providing an excellent area for relaxation and socializing. Additionally, the presence of a kids' area is a definite plus for families in the community.
While spot parking can be a bit challenging, we're actively addressing any issues with parking allotment. However, it's disappointing that we don't have access to a swimming pool or gym, as these amenities would significantly enhance our living experience. We'll continue to advocate for improvements in these areas to make our community even better.

The security in that society was very good; they used the MyGate app. The maintenance of facilities like lifts and CCTV was also done well. The location was excellent with easy access to public transport like autos and rickshaws. There was a grocery store, vegetable shop, and medical store right below the complex. Schools and hospitals were also nearby. Basement parking was allotted for everyone. Garbage collection was timely, and hygiene maintenance was proper. Amenities such as a gym, football playground, garden, and clubhouse were available. All festivals were celebrated very well, organized by the society.
In the basement, there was an issue of waterlogging during the rainy season. There was no swimming pool available in the society. The construction quality was not the best; there were issues like pipe leaks leading to occasional leakage and dampness.

The connectivity is excellent with easy access to buses, autos, and cabs. There's a hospital and market nearby, and each resident has parking. Garbage collection is timely, and there's uninterrupted electricity and water supply. The society is populated with very friendly people. Elevators are well-maintained, and there's always CCTV surveillance and security guard presence.
The flats have poor construction quality; during winters, doors and locks often jam. The kitchen also has issues, and there's slight seepage. The society lacks amenities; only a gym exists, which is often closed and poorly ventilated in the basement.

Proximity to the nearby market area provides convenience for residents. Absence of seepage and leakage issues ensures a dry and comfortable living environment. Regular security checks contribute to enhanced safety and security measures within the premises.
Maintenance issues with garbage collection may lead to unsightly surroundings and unpleasant odors, impacting the quality of life for residents. Lack of power backup can result in inconvenience and disruption during power outages, affecting daily routines. Absence of swimming pool and gym facilities may disappoint residents who value recreational and fitness amenities.

The society offers excellent connectivity, making it easy to access essential services and locations. The people are friendly, creating a welcoming and supportive community. Additionally, the maintenance is generally good, and the amenities available, while not extensive, are sufficient to meet basic needs.
Despite its strengths, the society has some drawbacks. The construction quality could be better, as it only meets a basic standard. Amenities are limited, and there were recurring maintenance issues during my stay, which need to be addressed by the maintenance team to enhance residents' satisfaction.

Public transport is readily accessible from the society, and traffic is not a problem. There is a designated play area for children. Residents are cooperative, and cleanliness is consistently upheld. Water supply is continuous, available 24/7, and the lifts are well-maintained. The society maintains high standards of hygiene overall.
The society doesn't have any modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or garden. There are also issues with leaks, seepage, and cracks in the flats.

Maintennace charge is 1500 but the services are not satisfactory. If there are any issue, youve to fix it on your own expenses. Security guards are there, cctv is there but most of it is not functioning. There are no lights in the corridors. There are cracks and leakage in the building. Builder has promised for gym on 12th floor but they made the gym in basement and due to suffocation no one is using the area.

I recently moved into Yash Pinnacle and am very happy with my choice. The apartments are beautifully designed, with contemporary interiors and high-quality finishes. The project has well-kept common areas, plenty of parking, and a peaceful atmosphere. The amenities, such as the swimming pool and play area for children, are impressive.
