Good things here
I really enjoy the connectivity of the society and having a market nearby. Public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs are easily accessible, and the roads are well-maintained. The regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation works efficiently. The elevators are always reliable and well-maintained. The construction quality here is excellent; I haven't faced any seepage or termite issues. The proper ventilation in our apartment makes it comfortable to live in. It's great that we have access to a gym, clubhouse, and a well-maintained swimming pool. Our neighbors have been friendly and supportive, which has made our long stay here enjoyable.
Things need improvement
Honestly, there's very little to complain about in this society. Even when there have been minor issues like occasional seepage, they've always been promptly resolved. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with everything about the society.

Good things here
Connectivity via cabs and internet is easily accessible, making it convenient for residents. The maintenance in the society is excellent. Water facilities are reliable, and there are power backups available. Garbage collection is handled daily and efficiently. The society offers well-maintained amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and a kids' play area. The construction quality is impressive, with no issues of leaks or seepage.
Things need improvement
Public transportation, such as buses, is available, with the nearest stop about 1 km from the society. However, the maintenance charges are quite expensive, around 7000-8000 per month, and there is no nearby metro station.

Good things here
Living here has been quite comfortable for me. The maintenance is generally reliable, with regular garbage collection with proper seggregation of wet and dry waste. The construction quality is top notch, with sufficient carpet area. Also the POP finish enhance the asthetic looks. Amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, and other facilities are well-maintained and contribute positively to my living experience. The neighbours are friendly and cooperative, which creates a pleasant community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
One issue I face is with Ola and Uber bookings, which can be inconvenient due to some location issues. However, apart from that, everything else is fine and meets my expectations.

Good things here
The society enjoys excellent connectivity, with autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs easily accessible nearby. Nearby, residents have access to market areas, schools, and restaurants. The society prioritizes cleanliness and maintains good hygiene standards. Maintenance services are both affordable and punctual. There are no issues with 24/7 water supply and electricity. Additionally, the roads outside the society are well-maintained, and there are no concerns regarding water logging in the area.
Things need improvement
The buildings in this society are quite old, which unfortunately leads to common issues with seepage and leakage. The construction quality is average at best.

Good things here
People in the society are quite social, they celebrate all the festivals together . No issues regarding leakage, seepage in the building. Good water , electricity supply with proper garbage collection. Amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and park are available in the society. Good connectivity with the availability of cabs, autos and public transport nearby. Good security and parking facilities.
Things need improvement
As a resident , according to me i don't think the society needs improvements in any area , its a great society with well maintained and functional facilities.

Good things here
There is enough greenery in the society. The roads near the society are well-maintained. Maintenance charges are justified. Cleanliness is up to the mark. Festivals are celebrated. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. Autos and buses are easily accessible near the society. The society has all modern amenities.
Things need improvement
In the society, there are significant traffic issues during peak hours. Sometimes, tankers need to be called for water supply because water availability is limited in the society.
