Connectivity options like cabs and autos are easily available in the society, especially if we book Ola and Uber. The water facility is excellent in the society, ensuring constant availability. Additionally, there's reliable power backup, and garbage collection is efficiently managed with separate collection of wet and dry waste. The ventilation in the flats is commendable, contributing to a comfortable living environment. People in the society are known for being friendly, cooperative, and respectful. Furthermore, facilities are conveniently located within walking distance from the society.
Things need improvement
The poor construction quality in the society, especially with reported seepage issues. Additionally, the inadequate parking space and absence of designated visitors' parking areas add to the inconvenience for residents. Moreover, the roads within the society are not in good condition, further complicating matters. These issues collectively impact the overall living experience within the society and may require attention for improvement.

The society is nestled in a pollution-free area adorned with lush greenery and well-maintained surroundings. Maintenance is top-notch, with dedicated housekeeping ensuring cleanliness, efficient waste management, and reliable water and power backup. The location offers convenience with walkable distances to supermarkets, bus stops, shopping malls, and petrol bunks. Roads are smooth, parking is adequate, and street lights illuminate the area effectively. Amenities like a gym, clubhouse, badminton court, library, jogging track, swimming pool, community hall, and gardens are in excellent condition. The community spirit thrives with friendly neighbors celebrating festivals together. Rooms are spacious and well-ventilated, making the overall apartment experience delightful.

Occasional traffic issues arise in the society, affecting smooth movement. Measures to alleviate congestion might enhance the overall experience, ensuring residents' convenience and safety during peak hours.

Good things here
The environment of the society is very spacious and calm. Ventilation of the flat is very good. Water facility is good in the society. Power backup is also available. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The parking area is very spacious, and there is parking for visitors as well. We celebrate every festival in the society. Inside the society, there is a temple where we all celebrate every week. Facilities are all available near the society.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool is currently closed due to water problems. Road construction is ongoing near the society, causing many disturbances. Cabs are not available within the society; they are only available if we book them, which is inconvenient.

The connectivity is excellent because the society is located in a prime area. Within a 1km radius, there are tech parks, several international schools, a hospital, shopping malls, and an easily accessible bus stop. Additionally, small supermarkets are located just outside the society. The newly constructed metro is also approximately 2km away from the society. The maintenance is well-managed with good backups and generator facilities. The housekeeping staff ensures regular cleaning, and the maintenance charges are around 4000 per month. The quality of construction is commendable, providing good ventilation. Well-maintained amenities such as a party hall, gym, garden area, children's play area, swimming pool, and temple are available within the society.
Things need improvement
There is an underpass near the society, and during the rainy season, there are significant issues with waterlogging due to the poor drainage system.

Everyone knows each other and is always ready to help; if any problem arises, they respond promptly. Plumbing and electrical services are readily available. The construction of the 5-floor building is good, with proper ventilation. Within 100 meters, there are vegetable markets and milk points, operational three days a week. Garbage collection is done daily, and the housekeeping staff is responsive. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, indoor cricket net, volleyball court, clubhouse, basketball court, table tennis, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. The people are friendly and have good interactions.
Things need improvement
There are leakage issues on the top floor of this society, causing inconvenience to residents. Prompt action is needed to address this problem and ensure the structural integrity of the building, preventing further damage and inconvenience to residents.

Three years ago, I resided in a spacious society with large rooms and a plethora of amenities such as a shuttle court, play area, volleyball court, jogging track, clubhouse, gym, and garden. Nearby, within approximately 1 km, one can find banks, supermarkets, and grocery shops. Maintenance is regularly conducted with proper cleaning and daily garbage collection. The community is known for its friendly atmosphere, collective celebration of festivals, and impeccable construction with ample sunlight and a pollution-free environment.
Things need improvement
Traffic congestion due to a low bridge poses challenges in this society. Residents often encounter delays and inconvenience, especially during peak hours. Efforts to alleviate the traffic problem are necessary to enhance the overall accessibility and convenience of the area.

Residents benefit from a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, play area, and clubhouse with a party hall, as well as both indoor and outdoor games facilities. These amenities are well-maintained. The society maintains daily garbage collection and round-the-clock water supply.
