With the market well-connected and buses, cars, and taxis all around, public transportation is convenient. Both the waste collection system and the roadways are kept up nicely. There are no leaks or seepage, and the building has ideal ventilation. There is a steady supply of electricity and water, and the elevators are kept in good working order. Good materials are used in the construction, which is of a high caliber. Safe and secure living is ensured by friendly neighbors and round-the-clock security personnel.

Things need improvement

Important amenities including parks, gardens, clubhouses, playgrounds, swimming pools, and gyms are absent from the neighborhood. These facilities are essential for relaxing and having fun. It is evident that their departure leaves residents with less places to relax and maintain an active lifestyle.

Good things here

The construction quality is very good, with no issues of seepage or leakage. Public transport is easily available right at the society's doorstep. Nearby, there are grocery stores, malls, markets, schools, and colleges.

The society has an uncovered parking area, which causes problems during rain and hot weather. There is no metro station nearby. Additionally, there are no amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, or play area.

Good things here

Auto-rickshaws are readily available, and markets are conveniently located near the society. The railway station is about 5 km away, while shopping malls and restaurants are in close proximity. There is no significant traffic problem in the area. The water supply is constant, and the community prioritizes hygiene and cleanliness. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and there is an open parking area for residents. All the residents are from Maharashtra. Fortunately, there are no issues with water leakage, and our flats come with balconies.
