One of the major advantages of this society is its proximity to a minefield, making it convenient for those working there to commute. Additionally, there is a metro station near the society, and local transportation options are easily accessible. The build quality of the apartments is excellent, with no issues regarding leakage or seepage. Water logging problems are non-existent both inside and outside the society. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors, and the elevators are well-maintained. There is 24/7 water and electricity supply in the society, and residents' safety is ensured with CCTV surveillance and guards stationed at each entrance to monitor unauthorized access. Overall, the people in this society are friendly and supportive�of�each�other.
The railway station is located far from the society, and there are no swimming pools or clubhouses available in this small building. As a result, this society lacks modern amenities typically found in larger�developments.

The connectivity of this apartment was excellent with multiple schools and hospitals nearby. Railway stations and bus services were easily accessible. The society maintained cleanliness by collecting garbage daily. CCTVs were installed in all areas with guards at the entrance, and apps were used to verify unknown persons entering the society. Allocated owners' and visitors' parking was available. There was 24x7 water and electricity supply, along with a water harvesting system. Fire safety features were also present, and street lights ensured safety at night. The lifts were well-maintained�in�the�society.
The build quality of the apartment was not excellent. There were frequent issues with leakage and seepage in the society, and these problems were not effectively addressed by the maintenance team. It was inconvenient for the residents, as they had to bear the cost of repairs�themselves. there was no amenities available in the society.

The best part about this society is its excellent connectivity, located in the heart of Mallards with malls, restaurants, auto cabs, and buses all easily accessible nearby. The build quality is great, and I've lived in this society with my family without encountering any major problems. There is allocated parking available in the society. The society is well-maintained and kept clean, with regular cleaning and daily garbage collection. CCTVs are installed in all areas, and guards are stationed at each entrance, ensuring overall safety and security. Overall, it was a good and pleasant stay in�that�society.
One of the major drawbacks of this society is the lack of amenities. Being a stand-alone building, there are no facilities like a clubhouse, gym, or pool in�this�society.

In the society, autos and rickshaws were easily available. Malls, markets, and grocery stores were all accessible. Cleaning was good, and garbage collection was done on time. The maintenance of lifts, CCTV, and security guards was also proper. Covered parking was provided. Ventilation was good.
However, the society did not have any amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, or garden. There were no cultural events like Holi or Diwali celebrations either. During the rainy season, there was a little issue with dampness.

The transportation connectivity near the society is quite satisfactory, making it convenient to get around. Additionally, there's a mall within a 5-minute reach from the society, providing easy access to shopping and entertainment. Maintenance is also commendable, with no water supply or logging issues, and hygiene and cleanliness are properly maintained. Although there's a small play area for kids, residents are friendly and cooperative, fostering a pleasant community atmosphere.
During the rainy season, some seepage issues in the walls can be noticed, which might need attention. Additionally, it's worth noting that amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are currently unavailable.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Parking space of machine elevator is available for each residents. Elevators for human use is available and maintained properly. The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Garden is available in the society. The area is very good of the society.
Buses are not available outside the society. Elevator for parking is not maintained properly as it is mechanical parking, some issues were faced. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are not available in the society. People are not friendly and cooperative, no cultural events and festivals are celebrated together, people don't involve.

Neither pollution nor a lack of water exist. In the area, there are ten to fifteen schools and a railway station. It has excellent roads. During the night, it is secure due to police patrols.

There are several of excellent cafes and little stalls serving delicious food in Malad. Here, Natraj Market is well-known. The one drawback of Malad station is how crowded it becomes during rush hour.

Living in Malad is an excellent choice. It is still in the early stages of development, but it is progressing quickly. In Malad, there are numerous buildings, many of which have affordable apartments.
