Good things here
Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Connectivity is very good with cabs and autos easily available in the society. People are friendly in the society. The greenery in the society is very good, and the community is very supportive. Parks are clean and spacious. Shops are available within nearby areas, making it convenient. There is no sewage issue in the society.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very poor; there is a seepage issue in the society, and many cracks in the exteriors. There is a lot of leakage in the society, and bathrooms also have seepage issues. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society, around 3000 rupees per month. Public transportation, like buses, is available but is located about 1 kilometer away from the society. There is some pollution because there is ongoing construction, causing a lot of dust in the society.

Good things here
The connectivity is good with access to autos, cabs, the metro, and the railway station nearby. Maintenance is generally okayish. The neighbourhood is friendly, and security, parking, and amenities are also good and are in top notch condition.
Things need improvement
There are significant issues with drainage and electricity casing, and cable lines are often affected when the footpath is dug up for repairs, causing disruptions. Rats sometimes cut the cables, adding to the problem. There are occasional termite issues as well. Booking Ola or Uber during peak hours is frustrating due to frequent ride cancellations by drivers.

The residents of the community are recognized for their warmth, fostering a peaceful living environment. The water amenities are top-notch, guaranteeing continuous supply, and there is dependable power backup for any power failures. The community consistently arranges and enjoys diverse events. In addition, recreational facilities like a pool, clubhouse, and gym are provided. The society is well-kept both inside and out, with routine cleaning maintaining overall cleanliness.
Things need improvement
The metro station is located quite a distance away from the society, approximately 6-8 kilometers. Similarly, the railway station is also quite far, around 10 kilometers from the society. Public transport like cabs and auto are always roaming around but there is no fix time or stand for it.
