Good things here
The society has a friendly atmosphere, with residents who are welcoming and sociable, making it a pleasant place to live. The construction quality is decent, and despite some issues, the maintenance team does make an effort to address problems when they arise.
Things need improvement
The society struggles with connectivity, making commuting difficult. There are significant issues with pests that the maintenance team hasn't fully resolved. Additionally, the amenities are severely lacking, which diminishes the overall living experience.

Good things here
For essentials, there were grocery stores and a chemist nearby. The lift maintenance was good, and they were working fine. Cleanliness was also appreciated. The society had a playing park/garden area. Overall, the society was decent.
Things need improvement
I used to live in the mentioned society 4 years ago, before COVID. Back then, connectivity was not good, and there was no metro. The area next to the kitchen was not clean. Additionally, there were no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse in the society.

Good things here
Connectivity is very good, auto, buses and cabs are available when needed. Society is in best location. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available around at a walking distance from the society. Market place is inside the society as well. No parking issues are faced. Nice alloted parking space for all residents. Guest parking are also alloted. hospitals are also available. Metro station is just outside the society. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. Never faced any water quality issues. Water logging issues never arise. The road quality outside the society is perfectly fine, street lights are properly functional. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Wet and dry waste are collected seperately. The rooms in my flats are properly ventilated and throughout the year proper sunlight is received in all the rooms. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. People staying in the society are friendly and understanding in the society. All are very helpful. Pet related issues are always solved. there are people to take care of that.
Things need improvement
Facilities and amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house is are not available in the society. Seepage and leakage issues are a lot, maintenance is delayed in response. Festivals are celebrated but all residents does not involve much .
