Poor Management: Dealing with the management team was an exercise in frustration. They were unresponsive to residents' concerns and seemed more interested in collecting maintenance than addressing legitimate problems. Essential communication about upcoming events or maintenance schedules was virtually non-existent. Noise Pollution: The noise levels are unbearable. The whole day the construction activities are going on in flats and societal level. Amenities Misrepresentation: No amenities exist except the swimming pool and the speed of completing these pending items is super slow.
