The society offers a pleasant atmosphere where residents are amicable and work together harmoniously. Despite having only a gym as a facility, the maintenance and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld. Timely garbage collection and pest control measures are diligently carried out, ensuring proper hygiene.
Things need improvement
Connectivity poses challenges, especially with the metro, and the construction quality is mediocre. Parking problems persist, and facilities are insufficiently provided. Public transport options like autos and cabs are not readily accessible nearby. Narrow roads contribute to occasional traffic congestion. The construction quality is subpar, leading to issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems within the society.

Good things here
Everything from hospitals, schools, local markets, public transport, to the bus stop is within 500 meters. There's also a garden nearby, and both open and covered parking spaces are available. Despite being a 5-year-old construction, there are no significant quality issues. There's no pollution in the area, and the traffic is manageable.

There is no swimming pool available.

Maintenance less available after business hours. Swiming pool not working till now. Gurads are available on both gates but not at towers wise

There is a hospital, school, local market, transportation, and even a mall within 2 km radius. The amenities here include a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. The monthly maintenance charge is 1k. Both covered and open parking spaces are available, and there is no pollution at all.

Hospitals are near the society, roads are wide not water logging problem is face till yet. Cleanliness is taken care of, Whenever plaster issue occures it gets easily resolved, Gym, Swimming pool are there, Festivals are celebrated here, every residents participate in events.

Building construction is going on in another wing, also sometime plaster falling issue occured.
