Good things here

Each resident has a separate, well-maintained garden. The construction quality is excellent, with good walls and plaster quality. The rooms are spacious and large, with no seepage issues and well-ventilated balconies. In terms of connectivity within the community, it is 1. 5 kilometers to the bus stop, petrol bunk, school, grocery stores, and supermarket. The roads are of good quality, and there are adequate street lights and ample parking space. The amenities are well-functioning, including indoor and outdoor games, a gym, a clubhouse, a walking track, a swimming pool, and a community hall. The surrounding residents are friendly, and we celebrate many festivals together. Maintenance is thorough, with proper cleaning done daily, and garbage is collected every morning. The lift is also functioning well.

Good things here

Connectivity via cabs and autos is a breeze here, especially with the convenience of booking Ola and Uber. The locality is spacious and boasts a pleasant environment. We're fortunate to have well-maintained amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, and more, making it enjoyable for residents of all ages. People are respectful and contribute to a vibrant community life. The lifts are maintained excellently, ensuring smooth operations. It's convenient to have vegetable markets and restaurants within just 200 meters from the society. Plus, we can celebrate festivals like Independence Day, Holi, and Republic Day together, fostering a sense of togetherness. Parking is ample and convenient, with dedicated visitor parking available as well.

Things need improvement

Traffic issues near the society are a major inconvenience that needs addressing. Improving road quality within the society is crucial to alleviate these issues. Additionally, the maintenance charges are on the higher side, which could be a concern for residents.

Good things here

Connectivity, such as cabs and autos, is easily available in the society, which is convenient. Garbage collection is performed daily and is efficient in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. It is a new building, only three years old. People in the society are very friendly and cooperative. We celebrate every festival in the society like a family. Ventilation in the flats is excellent, and the roads in the society are well-maintained.

The water facility in the society is not adequate; water is supplied via tankers, which is inconvenient. Additionally, there is no provision for power backup in the society.
