The area boasts ample green spaces, contributing to a pleasant environment. Jeppiar School is conveniently located nearby, ensuring accessibility for families with school-going children. Public transport options such as cabs and Uber are readily available, enhancing mobility. Cleanliness is well-maintained, further contributing to the attractiveness of the area as a desirable place to live.
The society seems to be quite good overall, with positive aspects such as well-spoken and positive residents. However, the lack of a lift could be seen as a necessary improvement.

The society is well located , it has great connectivity with the areas nearby , there is no traffic issue , public transport are also easily available . The environment is also friendly as the residents are pretty much interactive which allows you to settle there quickly.
There is an issue in electricity supply in the society as there is no power backup system in the society . There is so much leakage inside the society . The swimming pool of the society is also very small and mostly not in use due to less water supply in the society and clubbouse is also partially functional.

The society had enough greenery. All modern amenities were available. Cleanliness was maintained. The residents were cooperative and celebrated festivals together. Water was available 24/7, and autos were easily accessible from the society.
During rains, there was a lot of waterlogging on the internal roads of the society due to drainage issues. The construction quality of the society was not good, resulting in problems like leakage and seepage.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available. People are very friendly and positive minded.
No lift available in the society is inconvienent. Aminities are not available in the society. constrution quality is not good.

The building structure is very good and there are no problems related to power or water. In fact the security and connectivity is also good.
