Locality of the society is premium and everything is easily approachable near by the society like local market ,local transport ,schools hospitals everything.Construction quality is really good like as such there are no construction defects in the society,even though paintig is done in between every 5 yrs.This is tower but the number of flats is less and room are muchh bigger and spacious.There is podium terrace and gym and big lobby is there in the society.High security system and cleaniness is great in the society.
Every flats has one parking space in the society and visitors are not allowed to park inside the society.Tenants are not allowed in the society and everybody is owner there in the societyThere is no swimming pool in the society.

He left the mentioned society 2 years back. Connectivity bohot acha hai society ka, highway paas me hi hai, so it is commute. Flat ka rate badha hai waha , facilities improve hui hain. City buses ki connectivity achi hai. Uber/ola aa jata tha. Parking area sufficient enough hai. 1+1 Area parking hai. Construction quality acha hai , no seepage issues as such faced. Security bhi bohot acha hai society ka. Clubhouse acha hai society mein, functions bhi ho sakte hain waha pe. Lifts are also working fine there.
Metro station nahi hai koi society ke aas paas. Auto stand paas me nahi hai, thoda door jana padhta tha. Maintenance charges thoda zyada hai comparatively.

Local train and auto bus are available near to the society. market is near to the society. no leakage or seepage issue in the construction of building. people are cooperative and friendly.
No metro station is near by the society, have to travel by other public transport. Maintenance should be improved more for the betterment of the society.

Quality of the construction is really good as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.Auto and cabs are easy to approach near by the society and railway station is at walkable distance from the society.Security system is good all the areas are under cctv survilance and crowd is really good and no discrimination is done between owners and tenants.
There are no amenities in the society only parking has been provided and that too for owners only,visitors parking is not there in the society.

Connectivity of society is good as all things are nearby, public transport is easily available. Construction quality is best i.e. 5 on 5, no seepage/leakage issue, spacious garden is there, good playspace for children, parking area also good enough, 2 underground parking hain. Agar kabhi paani nahi aata toh pehle se hi inform kardiya jata hai, festivals celebrate hote hain. Jaise abhi ram mandir ka hua tha usme bht achi celebration hui thi. CCTV available throughout the society, safety for girls at night,restaurant, kirana shop all available. People also live on rent here. Food delivery also available here like zomato, swiggy.
There is no swimming pool in the society available and mostly BSNL network connectivity issue is there that people face in the society .

Local transport facilities are easily available even bus services are available easily.Build quality is really good as there is no issues regarding leakage and seepage.24/7 electricity facilities are available in the society.Society's climate is really peaceful and zero pollution around the society.Crowd of the people is really good and all the festivals are being celebrated altogether.
This is small society and there are zero amenities available in the society and lift is also not available in the society.There is zero security system in society as there is no security and cctv in the society. open parking has been provided in the society.24/7 water is not available in the society.
