The staff's availability is commendable, as they provide round-the-clock service. Power backup support is also accessible. Additionally, guest facilities are notably well-maintained; the attendants are attentive and diligent, ensuring prompt collection of requests, including dialysis appointments. Ventilation is efficiently managed, ensuring a fast and comfortable experience. Moreover, the atmosphere is welcoming and conducive to relaxation. Environmental management throughout the premises is meticulous and tranquil. The overall upkeep and services provided are exceptional. Parking facilities are spacious and convenient, with spots available within a 200-meter radius. Green areas are well-tended and refreshing. Furthermore, the facilities are diverse and easily accessible.
Things need improvement
Public transportation, such as buses or available lifts, are within a 1-1. 5 kilometer radius. Metro stations are approximately 2 kilometers away, making transportation very convenient. Additionally, there are provisions for visitors' parking, although it may be situated outside the property premises.

Regular inspections and maintenance ensure the smooth functionality of these amenities. The construction quality is commendable, providing adequate ventilation in all units. Immediate attention is given to any minor repairs or complaints. Maintenance facilities are top-notch, offering timely cleaning and garbage collection services. Water supply remains consistent even during summer months. The monthly maintenance charges, approximately Rs. 3000, are reasonable given the quality and range of services provided.
Things need improvement
One of society's major challenges is the accessibility of transportation facilities. Cab bookings are often canceled, and the nearest bus stop is approximately 1. 5 km away from the society.

Maintenance charges are reasonable, and there are no issues with water or power supply. Cleaning is done properly, and garbage is collected daily. The lifts are well-maintained, and construction-wise, there are no issues, ensuring residents' comfort. The rooms are well-ventilated, adding to the overall livability of the space.
Things need improvement
The children's play area in this society could benefit from improvement. Upgrading the equipment, ensuring safety measures, and adding more play structures would greatly enhance the experience for the kids.

Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, vegetable stalls, fruit shops, and medical clinics are available within a 500-meter radius from the society. Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Cabs are available within a walkable distance from the main road in the society.
Things need improvement
Autos are not viable near the society, which is inconvenient, and if we book Ola, it won't be available. Why are the facilities not good in the society? The water is contaminated, and construction quality is poor; there are a lot of seepages and leak issues in the flats. There is no visitor parking facility in the society. Public transportation like buses or autos are available far from the society, around 2 kilometers away.

Amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are well-maintained and provided in the society. It's a relatively new building, only 5 years old. Hospitals are conveniently located within 1 kilometer from the society. The water facility operates smoothly 24/7, and there's also power backup available in the society. Ventilation in the flats is very good. It's a small community with average parking space available in the society.
Things need improvement
Garbage collection is not efficient in the society as they don't collect door-to-door; instead, residents have to go to the main gate for disposal. Public transportation is quite far from the society, approximately 1. 5 kilometers away. Additionally, there is no designated visitors' parking area in the society, which can be inconvenient for guests.

There is no visitor parking in the society. The metro station is far from the society, around 2-4 kilometers away. Public transportation like buses are available within a distance of around 3 kilometers from the society. Facilities are available far from the society; we have to travel within 1 kilometer, which is very inconvenient.

The construction quality is poor in the society, resulting in seepage issues and roof leaks during heavy rain, which is very inconvenient. Additionally, the visitor parking space is very limited, causing inconvenience for guests. The drainage system is also not good and requires improvement.

Roads aren't in good condition, especially during the rainy season. Water gets stored in the road holes, which is very inconvenient for drivers and pedestrians alike.

Water facility is not good; the water sometimes contains impurities, which is very inconvenient, like dirt in the taps. The facility should be improved. Hospitals are quite far from the city for emergencies.
