The surrounding people are friendly and educated, and the management organizes various festivals together, like Karnataka Rajyotsava, Independence Day, Holi, Diwali, Dussehra, and New Year. Connectivity-wise, within 1 km, there are bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and hospitals. The road condition is good, street lights are working, and there is ample parking space. Amenities include a clubhouse and party hall. Maintenance is excellent, with daily cleaning and proper garbage collection. There is good water and power supply, the lift functions well, and there are no construction issues.
The society needs a park in front of the buildings for children to play. This would provide a safe, convenient space for outdoor activities and enhance the community's overall appeal.

I really appreciate the convenience of having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and the connectivity is great with buses, autos, and cabs readily available. The roads are in good condition, and the regular garbage collection with proper segregation is commendable. The elevators are well-maintained, and there's a reliable supply of electricity and water. The construction quality is superb with no seepage or termite issues, and the apartments have proper ventilation and good plaster and fittings.
The clubhouse hasn�t started yet, which is a bit disappointing. There are monkeys in the neighborhood and the society, which can be quite a nuisance. There are also a lot of mosquitoes. Other than these issues, everything else is fine.

There are no water or electrical problems in the community. Furthermore excellent and always operational are security and CCTV. Collaboratively celebrating holidays, the neighbours are pleasant and kind. Consistent and punctual cleaning is carried out.
The community lacks facilities such as a clubhouse, garden, gym, and pool. There isn't anywhere to unwind or work out, and there's no area where kids may play.

This is a small community comprising two blocks, with excellent connectivity. Within a 1km radius of the society, several bus stops, supermarkets, and schools are easily accessible. All the flats are well-designed with good ventilation, and there are no issues with leakages. Maintenance facilities are of a high standard, including daily cleaning and reliable power backup options. The society offers excellent amenities, such as ample parking on the ground floor and well-maintained elevators. Security is also excellent, with CCTV cameras installed and a 24/7 security guard on duty.
There is no play area available for children in this society. There are no basic amenities like the gym is also not available.

The connectivity to the society is very good as the public transport is easily avaliable around the society. School and hospital are at the radius of 1 km
There is a maintenance problem as the garbage collection is not done properly, and there is a problem of monkeys in and around the society

My only complaint about Vista Innovation is its cleanliness. Certain open locations are not routinely cleaned, which may irritate many residents. Aside from that, there have been no complaints about the amenities provided, which include a well-kept lift.
