Good things here
The society is highly commendable for its excellent connectivity, making it easy to access major transport routes and public transportation. The maintenance is very good, with common areas kept clean and issues addressed promptly. The construction quality is solid, providing a comfortable and safe living environment. While the amenities are decent, offering essential facilities, the friendly and welcoming atmosphere created by the residents further enhances the overall living experience, making it a pleasant place to reside.
Things need improvement
While the society offers great connectivity and solid construction quality, the amenities could be better, as they are somewhat basic and limited. Although the maintenance is generally good, occasional delays in addressing issues can be a minor inconvenience. Despite the friendly atmosphere, there are moments when the communal spaces feel a bit crowded. Overall, while everything is fine, there are small areas that could use slight improvement to enhance the living experience.

Good things here
Living in our society offers convenient access to public transportation like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs. Parking spaces are allocated to all residents and managed effectively by security guards. Maintenance and hygiene are maintained at high standards, with CCTV cameras ensuring security. Our buildings boast good construction quality and ventilation, with no seepage or leakage issues. Security guards further ensure safety, and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area are available. We also celebrate various events and festivals, fostering a friendly community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Living in our society has its challenges. Unfortunately, the water supply leaves much to be desired, with poor water quality being a consistent concern. Additionally, frequent power cuts disrupt daily life, compounded by the lack of power backup. While issues with the lifts occasionally arise, they are promptly addressed and resolved.

The society maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards consistently, with timely garbage collection and pest control services. There are no issues with water supply, and electricity supply is stable without major disruptions. Additionally, the society offers various amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids. CCTV cameras are installed throughout the premises, contributing to a robust security system, complemented by available security guards.
Things need improvement
The paint has not been done for a long time, and there are problems with leakage. The construction quality is average, and residents sometimes face issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems.

Good things here
The society has several positive aspects that I appreciate. The gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The connectivity is good, with public transport like buses and cabs easily accessible. Electricity and water supply are reliable, and the neighbours are very nice, friendly, and cooperative, always ready to help. The elevators are installed and maintained, and there is regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is poor, and there is a seepage issue inside my apartment. Additionally, pets are not allowed inside the society. Despite these issues, everything else is fine.

Outside the society, autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible, providing convenient connectivity. The maintenance services within the society are commendable, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep. Amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and play area are available, enhancing resident convenience and recreational options. Seepage and leakage issues are minimal, indicating good construction quality within the society.
Things need improvement
EV charging is an issue for me personally. It would be great to have more charging stations available within the society for residents like myself who own electric vehicles.

Good things here
Wisdom park is located near Baner road making it a well connecred with metro, rail and road. Auto and cabs are easily available. The apartment are spacious and well ventilated. Italian marbles are used int he homes. There is a nice swimming pool, gym, parking for residents and visitors. Several colleges and sports complexes are located nearby. The society has well maintained common areas and good securty measures in place. The maintenance is reliable, and the amenities are top-notch.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is average. There is no major issues I can think for right now.

Good things here
The construction quality is excellent with no issues of leakage or seepage. Ventilation is also good in the flat with ample sunlight and cross ventilation. Water supply is available 24*7. Cleanliness is well maintained. Residents are decent. All modern amenities are available, and festivals are celebrated together. Public transport is easily accessible from the society.
Things need improvement
There is a slight issue of power cuts in the society because the transformer had busted a few days ago. Power backup is available for common areas and lifts but not provided for individual flats.

Good things here
The flat has good ventilation and receives plenty of sunlight. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. The residents are cooperative. The water supply is sufficient, and cleanliness is up to the mark.
Things need improvement
When the lifts in the society break down, they are not repaired quickly. Although there are all modern amenities, they are not well-maintained; for example, the swimming pool often doesn't have water. Tenants are not allowed to use the amenities. Autos are not available near the society, and the roads outside the society are not well-maintained.

Good things here
The neighbourhood is very nice. People are friendly and helpful. The construction is solid with no issues. Maintenance is always done properly, and everything stays clean. The connectivity is good with plenty of transport options. All the amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available and in good condition.
Things need improvement
There are no issues at all. Everything is managed well and is in perfect condition. There is nothing to dislike here as Connectivity, Maintenance, Construction, Amenities, Neighbourhood is great.

Good things here
Balewadi is the second most safest locality after baramati. Even two guards are always there to check regular safety. The society even has the swimming pool, gym and even clubhouse. The maintainance charges are also reasonable and very less power cut is there in this area. Even quality of boundary walls are also good in this area.
Things need improvement
Great schools should be built nearby as there are schools but not good. So only this problem should be resolved.
