Even tough the flat and other amenities are good, Svamitva has worst CRM team and they will take their own sweet time even for resolving small queries. No one can understand and help the customer including the director. Our Mental peace will be gone following up with them for getting our concerns addressed. So I would advise to stay away from this group.

Particularly appreciate the strong mobile signal which I did not get in my earlier residence, the safe neighborhood and extremely prompt society maintenance. Also appreciate so many amenities- I mean everything is here. Location is excellent. Highly recommended.

I only want value for money while buying project. Svamitva give me lot of happiness with purchase. Entire project with open space and greens. The project offers Apartment with perfect combination of contemporary architecture and features to provide comfortable living.Some water trouble in monsoon but that is just it.
