Sumadhura Nandanam is one of Bengaluru's best projects; I mean there are no two ways about it! The locality in Whitefield is ultra-safe, happening and with all the best offices, bars, pubs, restaurants, shopping malls, boutiques, hospitals, schools in town! Love the location while amenity list is never-ending. I believe in Vastu, so every room is according to it. Also other amenities are- rain water harvesting, intercom facility, kids play, and others. Area is super safe, buzzing in evening and cool crowd is hanging out nearby. Basic civic facility is top class but monsoon water logging still remains issue.

Sumadhura Nandanam is very good project for people looking to live in prime Bengaluru location within slightly better budget. Maintenance problem is not there. WFH crowd will not face problem with mobile network but construction noise is still there. However, i didn't like the fittings in bathroom also some areas aren't that spacious. Mine is 5th floor, and i don't have a proper view from my balcony. This project has some teething problem like water logging in neighborhood during monsoon and also construction noise which may slightly disturb if you are working from home. I feel the commuting issue will increase in coming years.

Sumadhura Nandanam has met all my expectations. It is so easy commuting to my office from Whitefield with the easy commuting to office. Then there are all these big offices, boutiques, restaurants, pubs, shopping malls, schools and hospitals at almost arm’s length. Amenities are superb; particularly appreciate the spa and Jacuzzi along with sports facilities, lap pool and what not. I am waiting to get the possession. Water logging issues still remain but then that is still minor. Overall, a full and high rating is what I would give. I have booked 2BHK on 5th floor.

What can I really say about Sumadhura Nandanam other than it is money’s worth! Yes price is steep but that is natural since this is one of the big projects in Bengaluru city. Whitefield location is near the main road and offers easy commuting. Location is the best part of project for me. All major highway, school, hospital nearby along with metro and monorail, railway station, my own office and more. Children love proximity to all the café, restaurant and all in the locality. No worry about their safety in this area. Also the construction is strong that can resist earthquake.

Overall a super good investment. We have been to multiple visits to the site and the Sales team is so responsive and helpful. Metro Station, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Schools are very near. Personally i liked the amenities offered in this project. The best is the swimming pool where i usually spend my weekends. Also the project has the banquet hall, intercom, indoor games and few others. Since Whitefield is the commercial area, commuting is bit a trouble. Overall area safety is good, complex safety is also there. Mobile tower issue is not there. Monsoon sometimes lead to water accumulation which is little bit of problem. But society maintenance is satisfactory and all amenities are very good. Pretty good investment.
