The society exudes a wonderful atmosphere and is impeccably maintained. Residents are friendly and respectful, and the amenities, such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area, are all well-kept and readily available. We benefit from excellent water facilities, accessible 24/7, and there's reliable power backup as well. Nearby schools add to the convenience for families. Additionally, essential facilities like clinics, vegetable stalls, banks, and ATMs are all conveniently located within walking distance from the society, making life incredibly convenient for everyone.

Plus, the quarterly maintenance charges are reasonable, adding to the overall satisfaction of residents. Things need improvement

The construction quality in the society is severely lacking, with serious cracks in the infrastructure causing concern. Regular clogging of wastewater pipes results in unpleasant smells in the bathrooms, which is highly inconvenient. Issues with the recycling water system every 2 months compound the inconvenience. Additionally, amenities are not maintained well, further exacerbating the situation. The busted sewage pipes, despite adding to the rent, remain unusable, posing a significant inconvenience to residents.

Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately at a particular time. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, badminton court, football court, and indoor games are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society. There is also a designated visitors' parking area in the society. The metro station is conveniently located around 500 meters from the society. Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available within the society if we book Ola and Uber.

Schools are available but are located far from the society, around 3-4 kilometers away.
