Good things here
The society features a well-maintained club that serves as an excellent venue for social gatherings and activities. There is a spacious playground perfect for children and recreational activities. Ample parking space ensures convenience for all residents, and the advanced gym facility is a great perk for fitness enthusiasts.
Things need improvement
The society's maintenance is good, but improvements would benefit the residents further. One downside is the frequent traffic jams in the area, which can be quite frustrating.

The society exudes a wonderful atmosphere and is impeccably maintained. Residents are friendly and respectful, and the amenities, such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area, are all well-kept and readily available. We benefit from excellent water facilities, accessible 24/7, and there's reliable power backup as well. Nearby schools add to the convenience for families. Additionally, essential facilities like clinics, vegetable stalls, banks, and ATMs are all conveniently located within walking distance from the society, making life incredibly convenient for everyone.
Things need improvement
While the construction quality in the society has some minor issues, like plumbing issues in the bathrooms, overall maintenance care is excellent. However, there's room for improvement in enhancing green spaces. Additionally, parking can be a bit congested within the society.

Reliable water and power supply, along with well-ventilated rooms, add to residents' comfort and satisfaction. The community actively celebrates festivals, fostering a sense of unity and belonging among members.

Seepage issues on the top floor persist, requiring attention to prevent damage and ensure residents' comfort. Maintenance efforts are underway to address and resolve the seepage concerns effectively.

Maintenance charges are reasonable, and the parking area is spacious. People are very friendly, respectful, and closely-knit within the society, enjoying the celebration of many festivals together. Additionally, facilities like markets, petrol bunks, restaurants, and small shops are conveniently located within walking distance from the society. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance is excellent, with water facilities operating smoothly 24/7 and power backup available. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. What's more, residents benefit from the proximity of D-mart, conveniently situated behind the society within a 2km radius, along with several international schools nearby. Credit goes to the proactive association for the commendable maintenance facilities. The cleanliness and reliability of power backup systems stand out, with no reported issues. Plus, the quarterly maintenance charges are reasonable, adding to the overall satisfaction of residents. Speaking of amenities, there's something for everyone, from basketball and football courts to badminton and squash courts, not to mention a clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool. On top of that, residents have access to on-site services like a barbershop, spa, and salon. And let's not forget about construction quality � in the past five years of residency, there haven't been any seepage issues, thanks to the high construction standards maintained.

Public transportation by bus is reliable within a 750-meter radius, further enhancing convenience. Overall, it's a spacious and respectable environment for residents.

The construction quality in the society is severely lacking, with serious cracks in the infrastructure causing concern. Regular clogging of wastewater pipes results in unpleasant smells in the bathrooms, which is highly inconvenient. Issues with the recycling water system every 2 months compound the inconvenience. Additionally, amenities are not maintained well, further exacerbating the situation. The busted sewage pipes, despite adding to the rent, remain unusable, posing a significant inconvenience to residents.

Water facility is excellent, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately at a particular time. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, badminton court, football court, and indoor games are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society. There is also a designated visitors' parking area in the society. The metro station is conveniently located around 500 meters from the society. Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available within the society if we book Ola and Uber.

Public transportation is far from the society, around 2 kilometers away, which is inconvenient. There are traffic issues near the city because the main road is nearby, causing high traffic congestion. Pollution is also high because some industries are located near the society, contributing to pollution in the surroundings. Schools are available but are located far from the society, around 3-4 kilometers away.

Additionally, there is a designated visitors' parking area within the apartment complex. Facilities like grocery stores and markets are conveniently located within a walkable distance from the society.
