Good things here
There is a school and market nearby, and each resident has designated parking. We have reliable electricity and water supply, and the construction quality is excellent, with no seepage, leakage, or termite issues. The connectivity is good, with easily available public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs, and the roads are in good condition. Garbage collection is regular, and elevators are installed and maintained. Homes have proper ventilation and good plaster and fittings. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, and we've been staying here for a long time. Additionally, there are CCTV cameras and a security guard available.
Things need improvement
The society lacks amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, garden, and clubs. These missing facilities limit recreational and social activities, making it difficult for residents to engage in fitness, relaxation, and community-building opportunities within the premises. Improving these areas would enhance the living experience.

Good things here
Public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are conveniently accessible outside our society, ensuring excellent connectivity. Nearby markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants cater to our daily needs, providing convenience. The maintenance of our society is impeccable, with a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene. CCTV cameras are installed throughout the society, functioning properly to enhance security measures. Our lifts operate smoothly, and the flats are spacious, free from congestion and seepage issues, thanks to good construction quality. hildren have access to a play area within the society, providing them with a safe and enjoyable space to play. Additionally, our community is vibrant and lively, with various events and festivals celebrated throughout the year.
Things need improvement
In our society, we unfortunately lack parking space as well as amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are not available in our society.

Good things here
The connectivity was decent, with autorickshaws and cabs readily available near the society. The nearby stores had all the essentials, which made daily shopping convenient.
Things need improvement
There were quite a few issues during my stay. There were no schools nearby and no supermarkets, which made finding certain items a hassle. The construction quality was poor, with only one of the two lifts available for residents and both were poorly maintained. The society lacked amenities like a gym or swimming pool. Maintenance was a big problem, as the lifts and overall upkeep were neglected. Additionally, the neighbors' behavior was a significant issue, especially the society president, who troubled us so much that we had to leave. The overall experience was disappointing due to these problems.

Good things here
Festivals like Holi were celebrated by all the residents together. Cleaning and hygiene were well-maintained. CCTV and security guards were effective. Covered parking was allotted for everyone. Autos and rickshaws were easily available. Malls, hospitals, grocery stores, and schools were nearby, making it a prime location with excellent connectivity.
Things need improvement
The building was made of sandalwood, so there were no amenities like a gym or swimming pool in the society. Otherwise, everything else in the society was very good.

The Jayant Sapphire Mumbai project is very luxurious. With plenty of green open area for all residents to enjoy. The security is also strong, with 24X7 security present at all times, however greater emphasis could be placed on cleaning.

The rooms in the project are opulent and come in a choice of layouts for 1 and 2 BHK apartments that are reasonably priced and have all the amenities needed for comfort.

Jayant Sapphire is located in Prabhadevi, a popular South Mumbai real estate location, however even if the home is well-built and contains all of the features promised. More CCTV cameras should be installed in public locations.

The community is in terrific shape; there is never a water shortage, there are no difficulties with well water supply, the environment is peaceful, and everything works as it should thanks to the excellent management personnel.

The high-end fixtures used in the apartment's construction are impressive to me. The constructions are robust. After the project is finished, backup electricity will be provided, making living here quite easy.
