I'm really fortunate to be living in such a well-equipped and harmonious society. The connectivity is excellent, and I have easy access to public transportation options as well as essential facilities like markets, schools, hospitals, and even a mall nearby. good roads, functioning street lights, and timely garbage collection, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment. It's reassuring to know that the lifts in our building work properly, and I appreciate the good ventilation and sunlight in my flat, especially with the balcony for outdoor relaxation. Having amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse within the society adds to the convenience and enjoyment of living here. What's even better is the friendly and cooperative attitude of my neighbors, who come together to celebrate festivals and foster a strong sense of community.
While it would be convenient to have a metro or rail station nearby, I'm still grateful for the other amenities and conveniences available in our society.

Additionally, the lack of nearby hospitals, markets, or malls can pose challenges for residents in accessing essential services and amenities. This could be inconvenient and potentially impact the quality of life for residents.

The market is conveniently located near the society. There are no construction-related issues like leakage or seepage in the flats. The roads outside the society are in good condition. Water supply is sufficient, and cleanliness is well-maintained. All modern amenities are available and in good condition. Festivals are celebrated, and residents are cooperative and friendly. There is ample parking space, and the greenery is abundant. The lifts are well-maintained, and security is good.
It would be beneficial for the society to have a Resident Welfare Association (RWA). Additionally, it's important to address the lack of public transport available near the society.

Ola and Uber services are conveniently available within the society, making transportation easy. Parking is allotted for everyone, and all modern amenities are well-maintained. Cleanliness is consistently maintained, and there are no issues with water or power cuts. The well-maintained lifts add to the convenience. It's worth noting that most residents are senior citizens, and there's ample parking for both residents and visitors.
Public transport options like auto-rickshaws and buses are not readily accessible from the society; residents have to travel a little distance to access them.

The society is well-maintained and offers amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and jogging track. The community is great, and there's covered car parking available. Plus, there's no pollution or traffic issues to worry about.

M3M Golf Estate is great for a fitness freak like myself. A cup of tea with your neighbors in the wonderfully planned garden is ideal. The power backup is available and operating as the children are having a great time in their dedicated play area. Overall, I like how much greenery and open space there is here. However, I have faced difficulties with the gym, the equipments are outdated a bit and stops while working. I have faced muscle injury once due to the sudden break in the treadmil. The management around here is not so active response and takes days to get to you for a proper answer. I too face network isses here, my kids are on a online course and sometime while classes the net slows down bringing problems. Apart from it all seems fine.

The M3M Golf Estate is a beautiful place to stay. I've been here for a while and it's been great so far. Colleges are close by, as is a major route that leads to several surrounding places. In the area, there are hospitals, schools, and malls. The malls are very dashing for seeing movies on weekends and other occasions. Rooftop A 250-meter jogging track, rooftop swimming pools on Towers 9 and 17 in Fairway West, and lush greenery and water bodies combine to provide a truly resort-style living experience. The specialized retail space will cater to the tenants' daily needs.
