Good things here
Our society boasts excellent connectivity, with easy access to public transport options such as autos, buses, and cabs just outside our doorstep. Street lights illuminate the area well, and the roads have been developed for smooth travel. Personally, I rely on my car for commuting, and the ample parking space allotted to all residents makes it incredibly convenient. Additionally, online deliveries are hassle-free and easily accessible within the society. Nearby local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants cater to our everyday needs, enhancing the convenience of living here. We enjoy uninterrupted water and electricity supply 24/7, without any issues, and the well-ventilated rooms ensure a comfortable living environment. Additional staircases provide convenient access throughout the society, while CCTV surveillance ensures security and peace of mind for all residents. The lifts are well-maintained and spacious, making vertical travel smooth and efficient. Any issues that arise are promptly resolved by the management team, and maintenance of the society is top-notch, with hygiene standards consistently maintained. Garbage collections are done on time, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Cultural events and festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm. I appreciate that pets are allowed in the society without any issues, and we are fortunate to not face any waterlogging problems in the vicinity.
Things need improvement
Hospitals are a bit far from the society. There is no multicoloured bins provided in the society, Residents segregate wastes and keep it for collection. There is no gym, swimming pool available in the society.

Good things here
, I had a wonderful experience living in this community. The connectivity is excellent, making it easy to get around and access essential services and entertainment. The construction quality is impressive, with no issues of leakage or termite problems during my stay. The people in the community are warm and friendly, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.
Things need improvement
While living in this society, most aspects were satisfactory, including good connectivity, solid construction, and no issues with leakage or termites. The people were friendly and the community atmosphere was pleasant. However, despite these positives, there were still some drawbacks. The society's management could be more responsive and proactive in addressing minor issues and concerns.

Good things here
The society was very close to malls, hospitals, grocery stores, and vegetable shops. There was a garden in the society. Cleaning and hygiene were well maintained, and cleanliness was very good. The view from my room was beautiful, overlooking the hills. The society was properly ventilated, and there were no issues with water. Uncovered parking was available. Security guards were present 24/7.
Things need improvement
It was a small society, so there were no amenities. When I was there, autos were not available after 9 PM. During my time there, it was the COVID period, so festivals were not celebrated.

The property offers adequate parking space and satisfactory security measures, ensuring peace of mind. The locality is pleasant, though it lacks nearby markets. Residents are friendly and cooperative, enhancing the community experience.

The stay was average due to poor maintenance and aggressive committee members. Frequent traffic issues, poor road quality, and inadequate street lighting were problematic. Additionally, essential amenities like markets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants are far from the society.

Good things here
The society was well-ventilated with no issues of seepage or leakage. Autos and rickshaws were easily available. Schools, malls, and markets were nearby. There was no issue with waterlogging. Garbage collection was done on time, and cleaning was done properly. Cultural events were celebrated.
Things need improvement
The society did not have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or play area. There was no metro connectivity. There was a bit of a pollution issue.

Good things here
Overall my living experience in the society is great like auto and cabs are easy to approach near by the society.Schools and hospitals are not near by the society.All the amenities are there in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area and everything is fully functional in the society.Society was well maintained ,neat,clean and hygenic environment in the society.
Things need improvement
Quality of the construction is poor as there were issues regarding the seepage and all even there were cracks on the walls of the apartment.
