Society main road se kafi andar hai us vajaha se society kafi peacefull hai. construction quality acchi hai kabhi leakage ya seepage nhi hua hai. sare festivals ke liye log alag se contribute krte hai us vajaha se sare celebrations achese hote hai. society me play area hai. society ki security acchi hai

Yaha ke log boht bekar hai. 2 groups bne hue hai ek group maintenance pay karta hai ek group nhi karta hai. maintenance pay nhi kate hai us vajahase society ki halat bohot khrab hai, lifts band hai, cleanliness proper nhi hai. visitors parking nhi hai. koi bhi modern amenities nhi hai. water supply bilkul accha nhi hai, me 5th floor pr raheta hu, muje kabhi kbhi niche jake pani lana pada hai. auto ke liye 1. 2km walk krke main road pr jana padata hai. society ke bahar vale road pe raat me street lights bhi nhi hote us vajah se raat me ladies and baccho ke liye safe nhi hai.

Connectivity of the society is great,local transport is available easily .society is very neat clean and hygenic.build quality of the apartment is above average.
Things need improvement
Maintenance facilities should also be enhanced.Issue resolution process can be improve in the society.

In this partmnt the residents usually do not face issues related to power cut or insufficiency of water. The palace is very safe and secure at night also for both women and children.

Though in this locality people face difficulties regarding traffic jams, the well mainted structure is here to make people safe in this kind of situation. However, issues related to car parking are negligible.

It is a very good society to live a peaceful life. Autos and cabs are easily available in this locality. The roads are also well maintained. All kinds of markets are also within walking distance.

There are a few big shopping malls around the distance of 6 to 7 km from the apartment. In this locality there are a few international schools for children also located.

The apartment Navratna Exotica is situated in Hadapsar, Pune. Public transportation of this place is praiseworthy and the behaviour of the people of this locality as well. Schools and hospitals are very near.
