Good things here
Getting an Ola or Uber within 1-2 minutes was a big plus. The lifts in the society were excellent. Connectivity was top-notch, with plenty of shops nearby for groceries, medical needs, and household repairs. The construction was good, with balconies in the flats providing great ventilation. Society members celebrated festivals together, creating a friendly atmosphere. We had ample water and electricity supply, and the garbage disposal was prompt. The open spaces and greenery in the society were pleasing. Plus, there were amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym available for everyone to enjoy.
Things need improvement
Not having a metro station nearby was a major issue for the society. Improving connectivity should be a priority. Additionally, there were some restrictions for bachelors in the society, which was a bit of a drawback.

Good things here
I used to live in the Welworth society earlier, and it was a very good place to live. Everything was well-maintained, with good connectivity, easily accessible cabs, and autos. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the lifts were always well-maintained. The construction was good, with flats having balconies and good ventilation. Festivals were celebrated within the society, and the people were friendly. Additionally, the society offered amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse.
Things need improvement
I didn't encounter any major issues in the society, everything was good. There was a minor issue with seepage, and the issue resolution process could be enhanced a bit.

Good things here
Connectivity is good, with autos readily available. The residents of the society are decent and cooperative, and they celebrate festivals together. The flats have good ventilation, with enough sunlight.
Things need improvement
There are many issues in the society, such as persistent problems with leakage and seepage for many years. Although all modern amenities are available, they are not maintained well. Cleanliness is not adequately maintained in the society. Occasionally, there are water supply issues. The roads outside the society are not properly maintained, and cleanliness is lacking on the roads.

Good things here
There is good security and parking facilities . Ventilation of society is good . Connectivity of society is good with availability of cabs and autos nearby . Amenities like swimming pool , gym ,club house and park are available in the society.
Things need improvement
The building is quite old . There are issues like leakage , seepage and cracks in the building . Swimming pool , gym and clubhouse are not that well maintained . People are not that engaging , they don't celebrate festivals together.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of autos and rikshaws. Market areas for shopping are available nearby. Maintenance quality of the society is very good with hygiene maintained. CCTVs are installed. Construction quality is satisfactory with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. Residents are friendly and cooperative. The locality of the society is very good.

After analysing all the conditions in the society management no dislikes could be identified

Good things here
Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. Market areas, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. Metro is available nearby the society. Water logging issues are not faced in the society, the society has got good drainage system. facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Maintainance of the society is not at all good, the society is not kept clean and hygine is also not maintained. The maintainance services are not good at all. Swimmingpool and play area are not maintained properly. Sometimes seepage and leakage issues arise specially during rainy season. The construction quality is not good.

Good things here
Auto stand is near by the society. Parking area is dedicated to all residents also they have visitors parking. Residents celebrate all festivals in very friendly atmosphere. Cleanliness is the plus point of the society. no power cut issue since they have power backup. There are no issues like leakage or seepage or cracks on the wall.
Things need improvement
Market is 1 to 2km away from the society. There are no shops inside the society. societies painting is due.

Good things here
Society is highway connected therefore there is no connectivity issue market is also very much nearby. maintenance charges are nominal and maintenance is up to the mark. all amenities are properly managed by the society. security and construction quality are satisfying.
Things need improvement
Parking space for visitors is not available in the society. power backup is only for common areas not for flats. Batchelors are not allowed in the society.

Good things here
While there are issues with water supply and occasional power cuts, the location of the society is excellent as everything is nearby including schools, hospitals, markets, and public transportation. The roads are good, and all amenities�are�available.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not good as the tiles are not properly fixed to the walls, the quality of doors is also poor. The kid's area is not clean and collects a lot of dust. The swimming pool is not well maintained, and the maintenance services are not satisfactory.

The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos. Maintenance is fine with no such water supply or logging issues. Hygiene is maintained properly. Paintings are done timely. The construction quality is also fine with no seepage issues inside the building. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available.
Things need improvement
The quality of the plaster in the Walls is not very good. The people living as residents in the neighborhood are not friendly at all, they are not pet friendly either. They also tried to poison the strays.
