Good things here
The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is always available. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Paintings are done on time in the common areas. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is mediocre, with limited availability of public transport like autos and cabs within walking distance outside the society. The narrow roads contribute to occasional traffic issues.

Good things here
Living here feels really good. The people are very nice and friendly, and we celebrate festivals together, which is really fun. It�۪s actually a great place to live. The connectivity is good. There are parking facilities, and it�۪s easy to get autos and cabs. This makes getting around very convenient. Maintenance here is also good. They provide lift and garbage collection services, which keeps the place clean and comfortable. The construction of the building is okay. There are no issues with seepage or cracks, which is a relief. There are various amenities available such as gyms, swimming pools and club houses too. Overall, it�۪s really good to live here. The people, the connectivity, the maintenance, and the building itself all make this place nice.
Things need improvement
Swimming pool is available here but it has been closed from quite a few months now, I don't know the reason behind this; apart from this , everything is nice here, I don't face any other issue.

Good things here
Auto-rickshaws are easily accessible nearby, and the roads surrounding the society are well-maintained. Daily garbage collection ensures cleanliness within the society, and residents enjoy uninterrupted water supply around the clock. The lifts are regularly serviced for smooth operation. Modern amenities are plentiful, catering to the diverse needs of the residents. The community spirit is vibrant, with residents coming together to celebrate various festivals. Thankfully, there are no concerns regarding leakage or seepage, and the flats boast excellent ventilation. However, it's worth noting that a metro station construction is underway, located approximately 1. 5 km from the society.
Things need improvement
The local railway station is situated around 7-8 km from the society, necessitating residents to rely on autos for transportation. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is presently out of service.

Good things here
Transportation is very convenient here; auto and cab services are readily available, and there is ample parking space. The roads have been widened, making them even better. Painting is done on time, and all three elevators are installed and well-maintained. Garbage is segregated and disposed of properly. Water and electricity are available 24/7 in the society. The flats are properly ventilated, and all amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and play area are available and of good quality. When I and the other residents shifted here together from the under-construction building, everyone was very nice.
Things need improvement
There is currently no metro station; it is still under construction. As a working woman, I generally do not use any amenities. However, since the gym is nearby my building, it could be further improved.

Good things here
On the positive side, there are malls, markets, and grocery stores within walking distance, and parking is allotted for everyone. The society has good ventilation, and there are no issues with seepage. Cleaning is done regularly, so there are no problems in that regard.
Things need improvement
Public transport is not available. Although there are amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area, they are not maintained well and are often dirty. The builder promised all these amenities would be working when we bought the flats, but they have not kept their promise , even when we bought the flats, the price included the cost of amenities. However, we haven�t been able to use these amenities for the past 5 years. None of the amenities are functional, and no festivals are celebrated in the community.

Good things here
Connectivity was good with autos and buses easily available nearby, and there were no traffic issues to contend with. Additionally, there were no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats. The residents were decent, and both bachelors and pets were allowed, which was a plus. The flats also had balconies, providing some extra space and fresh air. The lifts were well-maintained for convenience and safety. Cleanliness was well-maintained, and there was enough water supply to meet everyone's needs.
Things need improvement
The society didn't have a local railway station or metro station nearby, so residents had to take an auto to reach one. Additionally, the amenities in the society were not up to the mark.

Good things here
Autos are easily accessible near the community, and there are no problems with leakage or seepage. All amenities are in good condition, including modern facilities. The residents are friendly, and we have a consistent water supply. The lifts are well looked after, and the maintenance charges are reasonable. There's plenty of parking space, and security is reliable.
Things need improvement
The metro station is quite far from the community, about an hour away, which isn't very convenient. We could use more greenery within the society to enhance the environment. Moreover, there are cracks in some of the flats that need attention. Traffic can be a bit of an issue near the community.

Good things here
The place has good transport options like autos, rickshaws, and buses close by. The area is very clean and well-kept. People living there are friendly and nice. It's a good and happy place to live.
Things need improvement
The houses have a big termite problem. Many amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and parks have been closed since COVID. This has made it hard for people to enjoy these facilities. The termite issue and closed amenities are big concerns for the residents.

The Wadhwa Solitaire in Pune is a true representation of luxury living. The apartments are beautifully designed, spacious, and outfitted with high-end amenities. The location is excellent, with quick access to schools, hospitals, and shopping malls. The ideal balance of elegance and comfort.
