Good things here
Auto and cabs were easy to access and even one of the biggest bus stand of pune had been constructed just infront of the gate. Good security system were installed as there were 24/7 security gaurds and cctv were placed in the society. Crowd of the people was really good and coperative. Allocated parking space for owners was available in the society.
Things need improvement
Construction of the apartment had become too old so there were mostly tenants living there and there was no managing committe to handle society. Leakage and seepage was also a concern sometimes which had to be fixed by owners. There were no amenities available in the society only one small garden area was available. Visitors parking was not available in the society.

Several top facilities like a play area for children and fire fighting systems are included in Ideal Park. Nearby roads are clean and well maintained and a few spread breakers are created in those roads.

The neighbourhood of Ideal Park is calm and the rate of pollution of this area is not so high. The neighbourhood of this housing complex is well connected to some other places in the city.
